You kindly placed an order with us for an item sadly we didn't have stock to complete (some times this happens) and we were unable to gain stock any time in the near future, so at the earliest convenience we emailed you to let you know and processed a full refund so you could source your items elsewhere.

Many thanks for taking the time out to leave a review about what we, it does make us a little sad to see reviews like this, we totally appreciate that we can not hit the spot with all biltong lovers but as you can see from the hundreds of fabulous reviews we don't often get it wrong and for that we can only apologise for not appealing to your particular taste.
As per our Terms and conditions we offer a full refund on any unopened packs that you still have, however we have checked our systems and can only see one order from you on the 27th May 2022 (2 years ago) Sadly they will now be unable to be returned.
We appreciate you may of bought this at an event we have attended in the recent past or called in to our shop if so our offer to refund any unopened packs still stands if that's the case. Please do let us know where and when the purchase was made if this is the case.
Please do let us know if you wish to return them for a refund.
All our prices are clearly displayed in our store and online so are clearly visible to all, again we are a little sad that you feel we are expensive as we do our very best to be competitive and at the same time run a business. All our biltong is hand made by us using our unique blend of spices and not mass commercially produced using cheap imported spice like quite a few others this is obviously reflected in some of our prices.
As always we have checked all our email in boxes, social media etc and can't find any correspondence from yourself re not been happy with our products, this is the first indication we have seen that you weren't happy.
Upon further investigation we have found a previous review from yourself back in May 2022 which reads "Great product very tasty the closest thing I have tasted to genuine South African biltong" we are now left a little confused. Please do reach out so can help.
