Very bad experience with this watch and customer service.
I bought this watch online, but the battery was not working from the start. I contacted them and they told me to replace the battery and send the receipt, promising they would reimburse the cost.
I did everything they asked — replaced the battery, sent the receipt, and even followed up with multiple emails. But after that, they completely ignored me and did not pay anything back.
This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I wasted my money and time. Honestly, I could have bought a cheaper and better watch from a local shop.

Eli was absolutely helpful and prompt to provide the updates on delivery of our watch.
Due to ongoing conditions over the world, our order was not delivered. We didn’t only get an update but the issue was resolved rather within minutes all was in place, refund processed and stress free before my travel day.
My concern was order not to be delivered when I am away from home and absolutely satisfied with customer service, can say deliveries are safe and customers are prioritised
