Really good experience buying my Tag. Jonathan was attentive when I struggled to choose a watch and discussed the different variations before I purchased it. Would buy from the watch directory again!

Very helpful, wasn’t sure what I wanted but after a conversation found exactly what I wanted, have now brought 5 watches though them,

I negotiated a deal and got a small one, though still a deal, enough to entice me to buy. This watch I had researched for a while and it does pretty much what it says on the tin. Good quality, robust, clear dials, nice movement, a nice design and free energy in the co-axial concept. I wanted a good watch that tells me the time above or below the water. I believe I've actually invested in a piece of wearable art, an addition to my activities including my wardrobe. We take most things that are made for granted, even the good design of an electric plug but a plug does not adorn our bodies though we need a capable house to live in. There's something about the need to pamper the human body; it's a conditioning. If I had the vision and capability to design and make a watch I'd sell it with a proviso that each buyer spends some of the retail cost in taking a course on mapping the stars. The Watch Directory in my opinion is an impressive outlet.

I had been looking for a titanium Planet Ocean chronograph. I was put onto The Watch Directory by a friend and found what I was looking for at a price that seemed too good to be true. I questioned the price and Jonathan put my mind at rest. I went ahead without hesitation and bought the watch on the Thursday. I received the watch on the following Wednesday in a very well prepared package. It would have been on the Tuesday had I been in to receive it. I can highly recommend Jonathan and the team at The Watch Directory, highly professional, great communications and great prices. Simply brilliant to deal with and will use them again.

I bought a Longines Heritage 'Big Eye' Chonograph from The Watch Directory a month or so ago. Excellent service, excellent price - nobody could beat it including any high street AD's I contacted - and I was kept informed throughout. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future, no question.

I recently purchased a Longines Hydroconquest from The Watch Directory, unfortunately for me I had to wait 3 months as the watch was made to order but it has been well worth it. The watch is beautiful and the service and price was excellent. I was informed of the delivery wait immediately and was called as soon as the watch arrved with the company.
Jonathan was excellent talking to me on the phone describing how the process worked and reassuring me.
I have no worries about recommending The Watch Directory.

I'm a little old fashioned and I don't like the thought of buying "a pig
in a poke" especially an expensive one. After some thought I phoned "The Watch Directory" and spoke to Jonathan who explained the whole procedure and convinced me to go ahead and order the watch I required,the waiting time being 3 to 4 weeks.
Approximately 2 weeks later I was informed that my watch had arrived, it was with me the following day.The watch was as promised, brand new with all documents warranty and box very well and safely packaged. Both Jonathan and The Watch Company
