I ordered my omega speedmaster 38 chronograph through The Watchshop and I was given a delivery schedule of 3/4 weeks. Jonathan kept me informed of the progress even when there was a slight delay from Omega. He even contacted me whilst out of country to keep me informed. First class service and I thoroughly love my watch. Would use the Watchshop and Jonathan again on my next purchase.

Genuine and best price. Some finance option, like Klarna, would have been useful. Also, worth considering delivery option other than Royal Mail. I always end up having bit of adventure with them.

I don’t mind admitting I was a bit hesitant about spending so much in an online purchase. However the transaction was faultless from start to finish.
I sent an email explaining all my fears and worries and received a response accepting my concerns and reassuring me including highlighting positive reviews and identifying contact phone numbers etc in case of issues etc. My watch was ordered with a deposit and although the lead it time was estimated at 4-6 weeks, I had my watch within 10 days!
Highly recommend the team and this company-do it!!!

I really do have to rate Jonathan and the service The Watcb Directory deliver. From start to finish he was incredibly helpful and got me a great price on an Oris Aquis. His product knowledge is excellent and the speed of delivery from point of order was great, literally ordered on Friday and 8 days later the following Saturday my brand new watch arrived in all its shiny new glory.

The watch was delivered as promised in a perfect condition except the battery which was dead. Contacted "The Watch Directory", they reacted very professionally and fully reimbursed the battery replacement costs.
