I got a clip with elastic band for my hair, the design is unique, everybody loved it, and a black ring, as I was dreaming, the material according with the specs. Fabulous and the size perfect. I will buy again and again in Thewarriorlodge.com

I purchased a chain and the Freyr sword. And I was so disappointed that I used so much money on something so poorly made. The first thing I did when I saw the condition of the chain was to get it fixed by a local silversmith. The chain is not soldered, so she told me that even if she fixed the lock for me, the chain would probably fall apart.
The sword is so wonky and twisted it’s sad. And like others have said, it’s sent straight from China. I see some are talking about a certification on the silver, but I did not get one, so that’s pretty shady.
The whole experience is just a bummer.

I have purchased rings and dragon bracelet. All the items were high quality. The ring fit perfect with no issues. I will definitely be buying more Viking jewelry from this store.

I beat them up pretty good, but the product finally got here, “supposedly” they’re in the UK, liked the jewelry, ordered and few days later got a china tracking number, not overly happy about Chinese “Viking warrior” jewelry but is what it is, so from time of order to in mailbox in the US was 4 WEEKS!!!! Ouch, the jewelry is plated china steel, looks nice and came in a decent engraved wooden box, for $43 American, really can’t complain, my biggest complaint is the 4 weeks to ship/recieve……in honesty the company did stay in touch with me for updates and truthfully I was a bit rough on them, I order stuff from china for work and personal all the time, never has it taken 4 weeks to get here……….so, product is solid for $43usd, it’s nice for what it is, and the wooden box was an unexpected bonus……..all in all, not “horrible” but I really wanted to leave 3 stars for order time, but fair enough to say 4 star since they did keep me updated

My jewelry was presented as 925 Silver and the jewelry I received was not. It was stainless steel. The COA he sent with it was fake.

Thewarriorlodge.com refused to send me a return label and would not refund my money.

Shady business people. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I purchased "Odins Ravens arm ring" in S925 Silver and upon taking it to my local jeweler found out it is NOT SILVER.

The seller has refused to honor their return policy:

"Easy returns. 14 days. No questions asked."

And has claimed that my jeweler - whom I have a longstanding relationship with - has made a mistake.

I think it's important to note that this item was drop shipped from China - and was not "custom - made it to fit".

I would recommend using caution when ordering items from this Website.

1/18/25 EDIT: The 'COA' mentioned by the seller IS FAKE. When looking up the certificate number on the website provided, it takes you to an unphotographed piece of jewelry that does not match the description of my item OR its weight.

Buyers please take note of how the seller did not acknowledge his failure to uphold his return policy. This is a SCAM.

Dropshipping from China, cheap rings that you can find for 3€ on ali express. Not a real shop, they just make sure to look like one. Has nothing to do with real scandivian/viking jewelry. Don't make the same mistake as I did and AVOID AT ALL COST.

Good response on questions and got my thing

I shopped at TheWarriorLodge several times. Got a raven necklace, rune earrings, and a couple of heavy silver chain bracelets. All great quality, real s925 silver. But I'm writing this review about my latest purchase: got a pair of wedding rings for our Viking wedding. I knew it would take time to arrive, so I ordered well in advance (of course!). But we measured our fingers wrong and they were a bit too small. We were worried about returning and not getting the new rings in different sizes in time for the wedding, but Mr. Daniel (the manager) was incredible, he helped us find the correct size (we used the measurement chart wrong, our fault), and assured us we would get the new rings in time for the wedding. We just got them, with a personal note of best wishes, and they are perfect! We are so happy! Thank you Warrior Lodge for the great service and customer care!

I expected so much more considering the very professional website. The bracelet I purchased was nearly €300 and they sent it in a plastic pouch and paper envelope. The story behind the weave was not included and yet it was the whole reason we bought the bracelet
No gift box or certificate of authenticity to show it is all sterling silver and not just the clasp. On reaching out to the company they just said Thank you for the feedback. No real customer service just profiteering,

I found the exact same rings on aliexpress for €3 on average

Great customer service, when an item is missing they send a replacement and are extremely polite and professional.
The quality of the items recieved was also very nice.

I was very happy at first, but then a month later when the necklace clasp broke ! They never responded to emails ( multiple) it broke at a spot that shouldn’t have broke and literally barely wore it. Beware!!! They will only communicate when it’s beneficial to them !

I couldn't follow the tracking number, so I I contacted customer service about it and they answered very promptly and helped me locate my parcel. It took over one month for my silver bracelet to arrive, but I'm so happy with it. It looks just gorgeous!! It's just a shame they don't accept Apple pay. Will definitely be buying from them again!
