Same as everyone else AVOID! if could rate zero I would.
Mystery box ordered beginning of December for xmas, on supposed 24hr delivery. Chased and given 'tracking' number that you can only track after delivery! Excellent facility to add to the scam. email after email blamed postal strikes. All other items I had ordered turned up but still nothing from this company. After raising a dispute on payal - box turned up on 14th Jan. Opened cardboard box to see what was inside - utter rubbish, none of clothing bags opened - box sealed back up and returned within few days - signed for and now they are saying because I opened the cardboard box i am not due a refund! referred to paypal. This bunch of scammers need to know distance selling rules.

Same experience for £60 mystery box. Stained, ripped, smelly clothes, broken zip fastener’s, coat that a dog has slept on. Asked for a refund, still waiting after nearly three weeks. Contact Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (Trading standards)

Shocking and appalling customer service! Waiting weeks for my package to be delivered despite it being advertised as within 24hrs, and absolutely horrendous communication! Still hasn’t even been dispatched to this day!! I have emailed several times, and tried to contact them via their online chat but I have just been ignored!

Do not buy from this company!!!

Bought a £100 box before Christmas that never arrived. Still haven't received my money back and the customer service is shocking. Send emails and social media messages to no replies.
No wonder they don't show a phone number on their contact page.

I’d rate 0 stars if I could, I ordered in October, and received my box in two days. The sizing was appalling, and two items were stained, despite them promising 'Condition: Grade A*'. I sent the box back, and two months later, I've still not heard anything, or been given a refund, despite emailing constantly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!'

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I ordered a premium box for £100 on January 3rd 2023, there was 24 hour shipping included for that price so I was anticipating the order to arrive next day. Let’s just say the saga continues til this day (January 16th 2023) and no sign of the package. I’ve written to customer services countless times and they are vague and unhelpful. After I chased a tracking number numerous times they provided a fake number that doesn’t correspond with anything on the Royal Mail tracking app. Honestly please AVOID this company. A bunch of cowboys with no customer service skills and any knowledge of how to run a business…

Absolute rubbish company, waste of money, terrible clothing, awful customer service. Ordered a £60 mystery box and items came with holes and stains completely unwearable. Took 2 months to try and communicate the problem and get a response. Asked for a refund and only got sent a replacement which wasn’t much better than the first. Do not recommend, should have read the reviews beforehand as they have all had the same experience

Terrible customer service and terrible products. Literally got a grey Puma Hoodie in my mystery box and a heavily worn adidas’s jacket. There’s no way these can be consider ‘vintage’

Ordered a £40 mystery package for a birthday present back in November. Items received was stained and had blood on them. Emailed asking for a refund , had to wait days nearly a week for a response in which they told me all h the e could offer was an exchange and no sympathy for the shocking items. I had to pay return costs myself, in which they said they said they hadn’t received my items which I had photo proof they did as I luckily sent them signed for. Today I received my new mystery package which is supposedly their best items, I’ve revived a sweatshirt that is bobbly and mishapen and a jacket with a tear in the sleeve. Bloody joke. don’t order, their customer service skills are shocking

This company should not be allowed to trade! Absolutely shocking experience dealing with the ripoff company!! First box I ordered took ages to arrive, when it did I was disgusted at what I received, fruit of the loom jumpers with logos stiched onto them, dirty and stained. When I got in touch to say I wanted a refund they said I couldn't but would send a new box out, gave them the benefit of the doubt, received second box and its just has disgusting has the first!! I want my money back and I'm going to trading standards, it must be a joke??
Cant even get to speak to anyone, no emails returned for weeks..please please don't buy from them, they need to be shut down.

Awful awful customer service no response in over a week, brought a 60 pound mystery box and they just can not tell me when this will be arriving tried to contact on all platforms, i got one response from someone they follow who have them all in his bio, and said they will reply soon, well dont you work for them ? And want to blame royal mail..it has not even been dispatched and is not their fault, you need to send the item first fools, scam scam scam

Do not buy from this company.
I have ordered twice from this company (the second time unwittingly via market place asos). Both times they have accepted payment and after a month of no item they state it’s been ‘lost in the post’. I believe this is a scam. No communication from the company or Asos market place and I have been left £140 down at Christmas with no present for my partner. Absolutely disgusted with vintage club uk and Amazon market place.

Well as can read from other reviews, 60£ down the drain, haven't received anything no updates no replies been weeks for my next day delivery. Absolute jokes. Should have read the reviews first 😂😂

Not received anything after ordering 26th November. Just a tracking number that doesn’t display any information.
No response to any emails.
Just don’t go there, try vinted or similar.
