Pure scam company!!! No tracking updates, only contact is via email, good luck getting a response 🤬🤬🤬

I really wish I’d have read the reviews first - this is a joke of a company and a complete scam. They have £120 of my money for items worth a tenner at best. I ordered 2 mystery boxes, 1 was for a Christmas gift for my husband, ordered using standard 2/3 day delivery which at the time of ordering would have arrived well before Christmas. (Should have known at this point what I was getting myself into but gave them benefit of the doubt with it being Christmas/postal strikes etc). When I hadn’t received a tracking number, I contacted their ‘customer service team’ to ask if I was to order a second box on next day delivery to ensure it would arrive in time for my husband to open on Christmas Day, would I be able to return the additional box for a refund. Not only did the next day delivery not happen, it arrived mid-January and was left in the rain for days as we were out of the country. They refused to refund me for anything - not even the £4.99 joke of a next day delivery charge for a service I didn’t receive! I even returned a box and had to pay for that myself. Their customer service is appalling - they have clearly never heard of gestures of good will in exchange for positive reviews/word of mouth recommendations. AVOID.

The most hysterical part is that they claim they are ‘Vintage’ - I received 2 of the exact same items. Not very vintage if you ask me.

I bought a £100 mystery box. The items arrived swiftly but the quality of all items were poor - how you would expect to find items in a charity shop. There were handmade price tags attached to each item with ludicrous prices suggested for each item, in a poor attempt to justify the price of the box.
The company claim to supply you with branded items but this is not strictly true. A couple of items were unbranded. These items were returned at the request of the company, as well as a coat that had a broken zip, and Vintage Club have ignored all since communications from myself to a request for a partial refund or replacement items for those that I have returned.
Avoid at all costs. A bunch of thieves.

Shame I can’t leave a Zero rating on here! Ordered a mystery box for my son, received 2 coats and 1 sweatshirt. The sweatshirt was so short I would have called it a crop top and far too small and the 2 Adidas coats were awful, grubby and damaged. As they don’t give refunds on mystery boxes I asked for an exchange. I had to pay to return the box to them but received nothing back. Then began the email chain - I’d email to say it’s been a week, 2 weeks, a month… etc since you received my return what’s happening with my exchange? At first I’d get a response saying not sure what’s happening I’ll check with the team or words to that effect, then they just stopped replying. It was only when I contacted my bank to say that I wanted my money back as I hadn’t received anything for my money and they started steps to get my money back that they finally sent out a replacement box. This time my son got 3 tops, 2 he thought were ok and 1 he didn’t like so will go to the charity shop but at least he got something at last. In short AVOID DEALING WITH THEM!!!!

Would give a 0 if there was an option.
Absolute shambles of a company.
Received mystery box and the items were dirty.
Sent the box back, using my own money which they received 4 weeks ago and still no replacement sent out.
Customer services take days to reply and just fob you off with “will check with the team and get back to you” LIES. Any reply is only made when I am yet again chasing this and the same rubbish excuses.
The latest BS is the replacement was sent and should have been delivered by now..
I’ve threatened trading standards and I will be taking this further.
Left a review comment on TikTok. Got blocked and comment removed.
Disgusting service, should be ashamed.

If I could rate 0 I would. The mystery boxes are a scam. I asked for a refund after waiting 3 months they ignored, customer service doesnt exist here. Sent me a box after starting a dispute. Ripped clothing covered in dirt. Disgusting company

Friend ordered mystery box for my birthday, jacket came damaged, they refused to replace them went on to ignore emails

Awful service, had to send multiple emails as my mystery box didn’t arrive. It eventually arrived 6 weeks late and will filled with absolute rubbish, DO NOT use this company.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE ! PAID £80 for x2 mystery boxes and never received!! Reply is nothing and royal mail confirmation saying they never received parcels from them ! Lairs and scam artists !! Horrendous

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION & TERRIBLE PODUCT
Ordered a gift for Christmas, firstly the item arrived late! Then when the mystery box finally arrived the jacket in it had a faulty zip. Sent back paid out of our own money to return faulty item.
10 days later a replacement was sent, again it was faulty. Looks as if they had tried to make a temp repair on this and the zip would not even go up.
This was sent back and received by the vintage club 6 weeks ago!!!
Barely reply to emails or Instagram messages. Have even removed our comments of their Instagram which goes against their policy.
Coming up for 7 weeks & still no update on when we will receive the jacket. !!!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY WITH THEM

I ordered in December and still haven't received any tracking information. I have spoke to customer service and they keep saying its on the way but cannot offer any tracking info. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! You will never receive these clothes and the customer service will not help you.

Ordered the 12th of December and I'm still waiting to receive parcel. 120 pounds down the drain

Utter shambles of a company. Originally ordered a medium mens medium and received a women’s medium. This was also very late, ordered beginning of December (promised it would arrive before Xmas) and it arrived mid Jan. refused to give me a refund so had to agree to a replacement. I am still yet to receive this replacement. Absolutely rubbish communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Avoid!! Like everyone else has said!! They emailed me telling me one of my items were out of stock and to select something else as it had been paid for already, they stated I should send the title of the item and screentshots. So, I done that. Never heard back from them so emailed them again. They replied that I never send screenshots (I have the proof I did). So I responded saying that they were sent as attachments to the email. Still haven’t heard back and not received my items that I also paid next day delivery for.

UPDATE: I was refunded for the jumper and eventually received my Harley tank top but the quality of the tank top was horrendous. The arm holes were right up to your pits, could barley get arms through it. The fit looks so weird when it was on. As if not built for a human. I’m a size 10 and the top was a medium. The quality was like someone hand stitched the top at home.

Changing my review from 1 to 2 stars for being refunded but other than that the service was trash and the clothes were literally trash as I just binned the top.

If I could give 0 stars I would - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

We ordered £100 worth of mystery boxes in November 2022, and still yet to receive in February 2023.

They ignore every email communication, send you a tracking number from Royal Mail that Royal Mail never receive. There’s no contact number to call an actual person, it’s one big scam.

We have managed to get money back through contacting our bank, we just wish that we had read the reviews before..

Avoid this sham of a company.

I ordered the standard 4 item mystery box and only Received 3 items and have sent emails with no response

All the clothes are fake and extremely worn and damaged. Sizes are terrible, communication even worse.

SCAM, DO NOT BUY

Didn’t even bother to send the parcel. Asked for a refund and didn’t even get a response. Don’t bother wasting your time or money.

Very poor advertisement on website and when contacting them about the issue no reply’s on email so I messaged them on there instagram page I got a answer and I was told I was wrong and nothing will be done about it and then went on to ignoring me again when trying to get a explanation from them

Ordered 2 mystery boxes before Xmas. Came a month later. Absolutely awful condition and wet. Not worth £10 nevermind £120. Sent back for a refund. They received the return 2 weeks ago and now being ignored.
