this company have massively let down my family and ruined our christmas/new year away. we were forced to be homeless in thailand for 4 days and when they finally got us a flight they cancelled the connecting one home while we were in the air heading to abu dhabi and took the money for themselves! still now days later all weve had is empty promises my child brother had been unable to take his medication as we only brought the supply we needed and was seriously poorly wich they refused to even acknowledge. ridiculously rude unprofessional condescending staff all around!! made my mum cry out of sheer panic for needing medication for herself and child son and had the audacity to tell her she should have brought more medication but why should she? we were expected home long before the meds ran out. he then proceeded to call her a stupid woman in the most vicious vile tone i have ever heard he practically hissed at her. all we wanted to do was go home but all they want is MONEY. they do not care in the slightest aslong as they are payed. even when trying to communicate with the company they constantly made excuses or would just end the phone! never have experienced such a vile vile group of people NEVER trust this company they are a running JOKE we also found out they have shut down and re opened a minimum of 10 times!!!! i sure wonder why. my dad was so upset about the way his wife was being spoken to but they refused to talk to him because they knew they could bully my mum and get away with it because they were our ticket home! STEER AS CLEAR AS YOU CAN AWAY from this company i have no idea how they have managed to stay in business hopefully not for long. not to mention they tried to trick us with wording of documents so we couldnt take them to court but that just proves how “legit”they are if they have to trick you to avoid legal action. you will not go scot free for doing this to us! DIRTY DIRTY MONEY THEIVING SCUM!!⚠️⚠️

Turned away from paid flights . Company cancelled flights after pocketing money then blame airlines .
Nick the “team leader” is a manipulative little man . All a facade! Taking this company to court . FRAUDSTERS .

This company is a complete scam. We fly regularly and NEVER experienced such disgusting behaviour.We as a family of 5 have been stranded in Thailand for 5 days as our return flights got cancelled due to fraudulent activity by the travel provider . Flights constantly promised that never materialised . No compassion that we had children with us . Just wanted our money. Demanded more money to get us home . Paid for a second lot of flights that AGAIN got cancelled . What they do .. we had a flight from Thailand to Abu Dhabi. Then transfer to London. When you’re in the air . They cancel the payments so you get stranded at transfer destinations.then try to get you to send more money in desperation to get home .or tell you if you don’t they can’t help for days leaving you stranded . Then when the day comes . Again the flight doesn’t materialise . All a scam. Then they threaten you as they know you need them to get you home and try to make you agree to not take them court if they get you home on VERY LONG HAIL FLIGHTS . Pocketing the extra cash . Nick the manager . Pretends his on your side . Then turns and talks to you in a derogatory way.. being on ethnic origin has the audacity to ask as British citizens. If we understand English. We had desperate need to get home for medication.. they didn’t care . Screened our calls . Cancelled them. Hung up . Lied about managers being available. If I could upload the emails it would make people’s toes curl.
Twice etihad airways turnt us away from paid flights .. clearly written on notes .. FLIGHTS CANCELLED BY TRAVEL MAKER AND REFUNS SENT TO THEM. Of course the travel makers disputed these allegations WHEN they finally answered phone and then try to make out they are doing you a favour and finding flights out of their own personal pockets . Joke ! We had no choice in the end to contact fraud team and British embassy! WE WILL BE TAKEN THIS COMPANY FOR EVERYTHING. The emails. Recordings we have are astronomical. They have since tried offering us a measly £990 back. With flights and extra hotels and costs we are at a loss over £15k .
Needless to say. We rejected the fuxk out of that.

Travel makers . Nick Alic.. and whatever over degenerate works there .. see you in court .. you thieving w**kers. And keep your eye on that door .. il be coming through it .

Booked flights to cape town to visit family over Christmas

Booking process went well, we did read reviews on website as always some positive some negative

Completed payment and received a confirmation and booking reference
Which looked okay

2 weeks before we were due to fly tried to login to add passport information and log in didn't work,

Checked back with agent didn't get a response initially so contacted airline to log in that way

They confirmed what we had started to fear that flight got booked then cancelled by agent money was returned to agent

Of course agent denied everything and then went through worse 2 weeks trying to get money back

It was excuses after excuses, one day they said refund, next day they were saying they would re book flights, everything was up in air, absolute joke service

Agent response was poor, customer services never respond

We missed our whole trip as didn't have funds to re book with another airline

Finally got a response to confirm refund 3 days after we should have left

But was told we had to accept refund and confirm we would not receive compensation before refund would be processed

Destroyed our Christmas, caused major stress and upset

Please do not use this company,

Diabolical. Awful company, total scam.
I have made a complaint and they are not dealing with it.
They now actively ignore/have blocked my number! I called on my partners phone and it magically worked, until they hung up with no warning and then started ignoring/blocked that too!
They answered once and said they are not dealing with the complaint.
I have been promised many call backs.
If they see this review and are unhappy with it, hopefully I will finally get that call back and a refund.
UPDATE: Immediately after they replied to this, I sent an email. As per usual, it has been ignored. I never got my callback, and they have still blocked my number to call them.

Terrible company, basically steal your money and harass you!

Not 2 mins into phonecall they are arguing and interrupting you, which immediately sets off red flags. Does not want to give you anything for your money and attempts to scam you out of more on the phone.

If I could give negative stars I would- please avoid and save your money from these thieves. Look at how many fake 5 star reviews there are!

The worst experience ever , bought a ticket off them recently they didn’t issue the ticket with in 48 hours , it took them 5 days to tell me that I couldn’t get the ticket. They instead got me a ticket with a budget airline for my trip and couldn’t even refund the difference in prices. Held my money for days, asked for a refund and still got told it would take 5 working days which too was a lie…..☹️😏

This company is awful and a complete scam, the 5 star reviews must be fake.

I bought a 2 night stay in Prague through wowcher and this company is the 3rd party that books the trip.

I spoke to them on the phone and they are really, really pushy and hard to get a word in. I was told that even though I had selected the dates through wowcher, NOTHING was available for me to book unless I pay another £99 per person! The trip was only £89 per person originally so I was not going to do that.

They were so rude and just kept going on and on, pushing and pushing for me to spend more money.

I requested a cancellation and was told to contact wowcher, wowcher just put you back in contact with this awful company and am just going round and round in circles.

I have contacted trading standards to report them as they are complete scammers and should not be allowed to operate.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Your representative Jude was extremely helpful and couldn't have made any more effort than he did, because of changing health problems my needs became very specific and he has done everything possible to accommodate that and succeeded

Elijah was helpful and friendly. Was able to find alternative flights and give advice about the hotel

AVOID. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Bought a voucher through Wowcher.
You have to redeem to use it. They never contacted me like it says. So I have contacted them multiple times. They were unable to provide the trip purchased - a hotel or any flights that match their own terms and conditions. Every alternative they offer they add an additional cost. When you ask to cancel you get told "they are reviewing things" and then 3 weeks later "your voucher is showing as redeemed so cannot be refunded".

I have now read the other reviews with so many people experiencing the same. I feel robbed and am disappointed that Wowcher have endorsed in this scam.

I bought my holiday to Malta through Wowcher in Nov 2025 to go on holiday next week the 7th Jan but still not received any travel tickets or itinerary. I tried calling and spoke a customer service named Elijah who kept pressurising me to add £300 to the holiday. His reasons for this was unfounded. I then asked to be refunded my money till now I have not heard anyone. I am taking this matter further. I have been si stressed the whole holiday not knowing whether I will go or not.

Elijah Wood their representative was very patient explaining all the holiday details. Very processional answering all queries and calling me back with further help.

This place is an absolute scam! I redeemed my wowcher holiday and contacted this travel agency to confirm my booking details numerous times and they didn't book my holidays at all. I would ring constantly and they would always claim to be busy and would promise to call me back but they never did. I booked a holiday on Wowcher and when I contacted these people they did not have flights available for the dates I had booked for and demanded I pay more money to receive a flight even though I had already paid money! I am demanding a full refund for my bookings and I am currently in the process of making complaints to the Financial Ombudsman, ATOL and I will be pursuing legal action.
