Wow amazing
Recently purchased a buggy for my Autistic son, ordered at almost midnight on the 20th May, turned up at 9.30am 22nd May, both me and my son are impressed, good quality products, and super fast delivery, thank you so much will definitely be back if I need any extras

Had the buggy a week now and have been able to use it, pushes easily, folds up lovely, lots of space and very roomy for my son, he doesnt want to get out of it (he's almost non verble) so I'm going to take that as its extremely comfortable,

I was really unsure about ordering from…
I was really unsure about ordering from here as they are only a small number of reviews however I was not disappointed! Delivery was fast, the excel Elise stroller is absolutely amazing! And perfect for my son! Cannot fault this company one bit! I recommend anyone who is in need of a stroller especially if they have a SEN child to invest in one of their strollers! Thank you for amazing services and product.

Thank you so much. My sons new pushchair arrived first thing the day after I ordered it. Also, the company emailed me to say that I may be entitled to a VAT refund which I received straight away. I didn’t even know this was a thing and us SEND parents need all the help we can get. It was emotional having to spend money on a special needs push chair and admitting to ourselves we do need one and this made it that bit easier.

Was very sceptical as there was barely…
Was very sceptical as there was barely any reviews, decided to take a chance on the low price instead of waiting for NHS referral
So impressed - ordered early hours of yesterday morning and arrived today (02/08) via TNT - we originally didn’t have a tracking number so emailed and had a reply within 14 minutes from Tom with a tracking number
All in all, incredibly impressed and my little boy can be safe in a new buggy!

Fantastic customer service
The Travel Buggy Company have provided absolutely brilliant customer service; I cannot fault them. I have had email correspondence with Tom as I had a query about VAT and he got back to me very quickly. My order was processed quickly and arrived promptly, in the time frame expected. The buggy itself is fantastic - light, easy to steer and provides a safe, comfortable space for my daughter when she needs it. I wouldn’t hesitate to but from this company again. Thank you so much.
