I booked a holiday for my family of 10 to New Zealand so was quite stressful. Rebecca found us very reasonable flight prices. I did have to wait a while for the actual confirmation & booking ref. That was due to time differences.

Ron was very nice and I felt relaxed a little he continued to be helpful by guiding me through the process which is quite nerve-racking for because I don't like dealing with online services. However all went well and was able to finish the transaction in good time. X

Fantastic help and service

My mum and I were always skeptical about flight ads we see online. We gave Thetravelbookings a try and I would say we were pleasantly surprised by the overall good result we had. Marvin Johnson was very helpful in finding us the best possible flight during a very busy and expensive holiday season. Marvin's communication was good and efficient.

However, we wish there were more time to check the details and other options. We were hoping we could have some time to consider our options but we had to pay for everything immediately therefore felt a little pressured.

We were also disappointed that there were some last minute changes with the time agreed to send payment and the price of the flights itself. Additionally, we were not pleased that after being on time with the payment, there was still some issue - we would have thought sending the payment immediately would result to securing the tickets immediately with the agreed price.

That being said, Marvin was very apologetic and was keen to give us a better service in the end. I would say he handled it well and was very professional. Grateful for his service and patience!
