The service we got from Ron throughout our booking process for a long-haul flight was great, he gave us different options and didn't hard-sell one option over others. We ended up getting a better price than at any other platform we searched, and are looking forward to our journey.

Been searching for a flight to head home àfter staying off in England for a while from china and wasn't getting the deal or flight I needed. I saw the number called and max answered. He took almost 4 hours working to get a flight for me .Max is the man

I was a little apprehensive using my mobile to arrange a visit to my sister, who lives in Napier N. Z, I am 71yrs.and not an expert on my phone! I needn't of worried as the agent I spoke to ', was charming, calm and very patient with me, even helping me with my phone!I have now
arranged my flight's, etc. I am travelling on my own and need wheelchair assistance which was organised and the agent assured me that I would be taken care of, I feel a load has been taken off my mind, All thank's to a very capable and thoughtful person, who made time for me. Thankyou.

On June 8
On June 8, I contacted travel booking and was connected with a lovely gentleman named Ron, who supported me to book a ticket for my friend to travel and got one of the best experiences I ever had from booking with them. I then again contacted Ron again on the 22nd June to book 2 tickets for my partner and I to travel for an occasion coming in August and again I requested for Ron to be the one to support me. He was amazing and patient and took the time out to check for the best prices that came closest to the date we requested. I will definitely recommend this agency to any friends or family and be sure to let them know to ask for Ron.
