Martina at the Training Umbrella is exceptionally helpful and made herself available at all hours of the day. She provided so much guidance of how best to answer questions and is always there to support learners. Her learners are very lucky to have her! She always marked work very quickly and provided encouraging and helpful feedback. She was reassuring and personable and helped to put you at ease during professional discussions. She also provides lots of guidance to help learners with the academic answers. It was also great to access your work plans and see your progress on a practical and easy to use online portal. Overall, Martina made the whole course much more enjoyable and she is a hardworking, lovely woman! Thanks for everything, Martina!

I recently completed my Level 3 Childcare course, and I’m so happy with my experience. I start working in a nursery without having any qualifications and when I started my Level 2 I was very nervous not knowing what to expect and if I will manage to finish it but from the first meeting with Martina she ensured me that I will have her support wherever I need and this was so true because she always answered my questions and made sure that I understood. I successfully finished my Level 2 and immediately started my Level 3 because i knew I will have Martina as my assessor. Both courses were very well organised, easy to understand, with good practice examples, and assignments tasks very clear.
