Staff were welcoming and friendly
Staff were welcoming and friendly, presenting all required information clearly in a professional but also relaxing manner, both at my initial meeting on 19/2/2026 and further meeting, both at Oakham, when my plan was set up.
Any contact by telephone was also dealt with efficiently.

Kimberley could not have been more helpful. She was friendly but always professional making the process straightforward.
