Customers beware
On their website the listed offers are very misleading designed to get you through the door under false pretenses. Looking on their site for a car for my wife we called to the neath branch the same day with six vehicles of interest based on make and our budgeted price of £7000. Not one was in stock and a salesman claimed they had all sold the day before and wanted to show us other vehicles over our budget and got quite short with us when we refused.The specials shown on the website are simply a sales tactic and l won't be shopping there again

Avoid
The sale of the car was great, no pressure. The ladies at Abercynon garage are lovely, Angharad is amazing. BUT the after sales team are an absolute joke. They sound like they haven’t a clue and apparently couldn’t find me by name, address, make/model of car and car reg, on there system so refused to let me speak to the garage (who had my car) even though I had been asked to call them back. I will not be recommending TCW to anyone. Absolute sh*tshow! Very disappointed.
