However, 20 minutes is definitely a bit long to stand in one spot, and our Rome Operations Manager is addressing this pacing along with the single earpiece systems to ensure a sharper delivery. Regarding the group size, our semi-private tours cap strictly at 12 guests, so we are looking directly into our check-in records with our On-Site Coordinator to see how a 13th person was introduced. Our guide chose to utilize the secondary entrance specifically to save you from a grueling 30 minute wait in line, which is a strategic move to maximize your time inside the monument. While we are glad her immense knowledge was evident, we are disappointed that her presentation felt uninspiring. We are sorry for any confusion regarding the itinerary structure and the timing of the experience. To provide some context, our tour is designed to get guests inside the complex efficiently to meet the Yeoman Warder for an exclusive session, but the famous historical Keys Ceremony actually takes place exclusively in the evening and is not part of this daytime lineup. Because a 2 hour guided window can pass incredibly quickly inside a site as massive as the Tower of London, our standard format concludes by leaving guests inside the gates with full access to explore the interior of the White Tower and Bloody Tower at their own leisure. We appreciate your note on how we can make this transition clearer in our descriptions, and our London Product Manager is already reviewing the wording to ensure future travelers can plan their days perfectly.
