Fast delivery, nice product- good vavalue & exactly what we were looking for ....

Easy to order and soon arrived. Not huge quality but also not expensive. A rare bargain these days. I hope to sparkle now at my next ballroom dance weekend.

In short, don't bother with this company!

I ordered 4 slim ties and pocket squares for my Wedding at the start of May. One went up North to colour match the bridesmaid dress, then I ordered one to go to Plymouth and two to me. Out of the two sent to me, one was poor quality (stitching was shocking) and much longer than the other (but I let that slide) and the other was a wide version not slim (it is a wedding so they need to match). I emailed the company about returning the wide one for a replacement but no reply (24.03.26), I sent the tie back anyway the next day as per the instructions on their website, as of today (23.04.26), no replacement has been received. In the meantime, I ordered another replacement myself, the same colour and size (slim Cadbury Purple). The tie arrived........it was a different shade of purple. I emailed the company again on 15.04.26 to report this, they have not responded. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I have since bought 4 new ties from a reputable, trusted company as I can't be bothered trying to get in touch with them again.

They owe me a refund for the tie I sent back and have not replaced.

Also, for a company that claim to send all ties first class, this is also false!

*Update* As of 06.05.26, the company have now sent an apology email and refunded me.

For the third time!...I have not received the item. You have not responded to my previous three messages! Where is my order???

I don’t no why I’ve been asked to do a review I placed my order on 28th January still not received said item, I’ve also messaged on numerous occasions to no avail not even had a response id avoid at all costs if I was you

The description of the products was accurate.
The prices were clearly marked and competitive.
The order system was quick and simple.
Tracking of the item was effective.
Delivery was prompt and as advised.
The quality of the delivered items were as expected.

It’s difficult reaching your customer service. I have called the number you provided on your company website for some changes to my package but no response. Sent mails but no response.

Really poor quality ties.

Product was delivered on time however the size was wrong. I cannot contact them by email or phone to arrange a refund or exchange so having to contact paypal for next steps.

AVOID!
Tried to return 2 items as not what I hoped for (cheap and nasty quality), but there was no delivery note so had to print one out to write my reasons for return and send to the address on the website. No refund, no acknowledgement, nothing. Tried calling the 020 number on the website but doesn't work. Tried emailing info@thetiecompany but this doesn't work either. Absolute sham.

Really pleased with the set. A very good price and good quality too. It all arrived in good time and well packaged.
