Saw Jimmy Carr at John Caine arena on Wednesday night. The venue was great and our seats were incredible! Jimmy was on stage for almost two hours and did not disappoint. Funny, quick witted, engaging, wickedly inappropriate at times and intelligent, all rolled into one. My cheeks were aching by the end of the show from all the laughter! Highly recommended entertainer and venue.

I checked out the website to make sure it was legitimate. Was easy to use and appreciated that we could get Jimmy Carr tickets the day prior to his Melbourne show. Totally recommend using Ticket Merchandise

It was more than I hoped for. He was amazing, funny, he just flowed. I have watched heaps of him on YouTube but he exceeded all my expectations. It was brilliant. The seating was great, the screen was perfect and he was amazing.

The atmosphere was amazing, the artists A.R.T and Josh Tatofi were so good we didn’t want it to end. The staff were amazing and were very helpful, A great night that we will definitely remember thank you for a great night.

Was sceptical but glad I used them. Couldn’t get tickets to something and so used Ticket Merchant and got front row seats. No problems with the tickets annd received them before the show. Easy to use website. Had to contact customer service by email and got a reply that answered perfectly. Have now bought again for another sold out show I missed getting tickets too

Mumford & Sons were brilliant, great acoustics also at Rod Laver Arena

Purchased tickets for a concert in Hobart (The Darkness). Barcodes never arrived and wasn't allowed entry to the concert. Door staff said several other groups had the same issue that night. Contacted for an explanation and got a brush off, no apology and no refund. A scam.

I bought tickets to an MCG game and selected a section of a ticket. I ended up getting allocated front row seats (literally the front row) and it was such a surprise!

Show was fantastic with incredible sound and lighting. Ushers were pushy from arrival until leaving. Treating me like I’ve never been to a stadium before to barking at me that I can’t take a can in when I was nowhere near ready to enter the hall. Drinks expensive. Nice short lines though.

Great concert experience and fantastic venue for live events. The atmosphere was excellent and the show itself outstanding. The venue was well organised though having a few more staff on the floor to help guide queues to less crowded bars and toilets would help improve the flow. The team could also engage a bit more with patrons. More seating options would also be appreciated. As BEC is quite far from the city, many people arrive early to make a full evening of it, so improving comfort during that time would make a big difference and improve sales for the venue!

Any Teletech event is easily one of my favourite experiences of the year! PICA is always a great venue with amazing staff

Had no trouble getting our tickets, had no trouble getting to our seats for the show on time even though the show we were at was over 4000 people. We had a great night and a wonderful experience!
