I love your teas. Very high quality products. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again due to the high tariffs since I live outside the UK. I paid an insane amount of import taxes on my order. Longjing tea is very refreshing & taste is subtle, nice green tea. Japanese Genmaicha is a tea i have always wanted to buy because I tasted this tea at my daughter's house. Very nice with a rice taste. 👍👍🥰

Positive attitude from customer service
I wanted to buy some teas for my daughter-in-law, she works so hard and is also pregnant. I asked for advice as to what teas to buy considering her condition and the response was very positive. It helped me to make my choice in the teas I bought for her. She said she really liked the infuser glass cup I also got for her. She was very happy with the gift. I also have these teas and the quality is top notch, with a very good selection on the website.
