This tea is so good that I will never be going back to normal tea bags ever again, taste is so much crisper just brilliant really, I have it delivered every month now. Tried some of the more exotic tea as well, which was really nice also. Delivery & service is perfect

Veery disappointed at delivery courier
Very disappointed at delivery courier used by the company.
The package was supposedly lost and then delivered late and communication was very poor.
However The Tea is perfect

Excellent quality teas
Excellent quality teas, well packaged and very good customer service. Their Jasmine tea is the best I’ve found and I’ve tried lots! They offer an excellent selection of teas and we haven’t had any we haven’t liked and we’ve discovered teas like silver needle which is exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

Perfect every time
I discovered Tea Makers of London while enjoying an Afternoon Tea at fancy hotel. I immediately went home and ordered!
I am currently enjoying the Cold Brew Rose Lemonade. Super refreshing with delicate flavors.

Lumpy Matcha powder
Very disappointed with my recent order for the Ceremonial grade Matcha which is incredibly lumpy.
I have been enjoying Matcha for a long time now, as well as being a long-standing customer of The Tea Makers of London. This batch of Matcha however, remains lumpy despite brewing accordingly and whisking using a professional bamboo whisk. Lumpy Matcha is not at all enjoyable, but what has made my experience even worse is that I have been requested to take numerous pictures of the matcha in order to obtain a replacement product. It's a real shame as I've enjoyed my matcha from the Tea Makers up until now. I do hope the situation will be rectified.
