Hello, I am very satisfied with Theswaf.com jewelry website. They offered alternative shipping options and are located in the US. No long time waiting unlike out of the country websites. They have many different styles to choose from. I purchased a gold plated ring that a lot of detail went into the design and they provided free engraving as well. It looks fabulous plus an attractive pouch and company box.

RETURNED AND REFUNDED
Purchased this ring in size 51mm it arrived in 50mm (checked and confirmed by my friendly local jewellers)
They said no way as it would have gone 3 checks....
Paid via PayPal got in touch them too, after not getting satisfactory replies from Theswaf. (They wanted me to pay postage back to Europe, which would be plus £15)
PayPal said they would cover the return cost.
Which they did. £15.68

Ironic really as someone else a friend ordered same ring.
It arrived with NO HALLMARK
So much for checked 3 times !

True review by my 1st and last purchase

I ordered a men's ring. The ring I ordered had 3 different versions. I wanted the oxidized silver version. I placed it in my cart but in my cart it showed up as polished silver instead of oxidized. I cleared the cart thinking I had inadvertently added the wrong version. I then added the oxidized silver again. Again, same results - polished silver is appearing in my cart. I added it a third time and finally the correct ring appears, matches the description and I order. I didn't realize until I received the order that I received the polished silver one anyway and my order receipt said polished silver instead of oxidized. So, I immediately write and ask for how to begin return procedure and I'm told the problem is mine since I made an "incorrect" order. Customer service absolutely SUCKS. Avoid this company at all costs. The ring looks very cheap and flimsy despite being marked as 925 silver.

On ever page they state FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ODERS, multiple times; Google ad/listing, front page, product page, even in your cart.
But when you go to check out your only options are paid for service.
I thought this could be an error as it's plastered so aggressively across their site, but no. They just stated in a chat I initiated that it's country dependant. Shipping costs are fine, but misleading the consumer is not.

Partner loves it. Shipping wasn't very specific in terms of delivery timeline.

I ordered the wrong size ring. When I emailed customer service I was met with attitude that I should have double-checked and that they will not send a ring and refund my ring until I check and make sure the size and I need is correct. I've since checked and got the correct ring size we can no longer get a hold of this company at all. If this is how this company does business I no longer would like to do business with this company they are not the only company out there that makes silver rings. So in my opinion horrible customer service which makes for a horrible business experience.
At this point I don't even want to exchange my ring I don't care enough to deal with a business like this.

I'm sure what happened with me happens all the time they sell rings they should get used to it they should also work on their customer service skills.

I didn't receive my order. It says that the order has been delivered but when I go on the tracking system, it says the order is still being processed.
I choose to go with the second one because I still haven't received the ring.

Sadly it’s broken. The pendant looked super nice, but the parts holding the pendant to the chain was broken when I received it.

Would not recommend purchasing from here.

Product quality, communication and order delivery are great.

Pendant was not on the chain and chain won’t pass through the pedant bail opening, so I’ll have to take it to a local jeweler and have the opening drilled out or chain clasp removed.
