Beautiful ring with beautiful carnelian.
The engravings on the shoulders of the ring are handmade.
The size is perfect.

There was no option to customize. Did the chat box and someone assured me it would be inscribed it correctly. They never asked me the font I wanted. It came with a crappy looking font and when I asked if anything could be done, their answers were short, I had to repeat things I already said and they were overall completely dismissive and unhelpful.

Well i received my necklace in the mail. It was all tangled up in a ball in a lil bag. There is a small kink in the chain now bc of that. I sent an email about this over a week ago and have still not received a response. Do not recommend.

These Cross Earrings are amazing. They are very light and comfortable. They have a very unique attachment that is extremely easy to put on and take off and is very secure. Beyond perfect.

they have a great catalogue and plenty of options. the shipping was in a timely fashion, even coming from across the world. the charms are awesome and very well crafted. my only issue is that the loops connecting the clasp to the necklace were not soldered completely shut, leaving room for them to open and fall off.

Initially I was apprehensive about ordering a necklace from overseas, but the artwork was so beautiful I had to take a chance. Wow! I’m so glad I did. I bought a vermeil snake necklace. Stunning! Buyer beware of shipping time. Despite our due diligence to determine if this was a US based company and set reasonable expectations for delivery time, this item turned out to not be coming from within the US. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY which caused delays for our order. We ordered on Aug. 24th and delivery was not completed until Sept. 10. Despite allowing for the noted 3 - 8 business days for the package "to arrive", after 10 business days the package tracking sat idle for 5 days when I reached out to get an update. All I got was "If the package doesn’t arrive shortly, we’ll be happy to open a case with the carrier." My inquiry was clear that I was asking for some type of investigation to occur as the quoted time to deliver had passed. It was only at this time that I was told the delay could be due to customs clearance which was a complete surprise as I was under the impression this was a US company with goods sourced inside the US. Telling me the package was "within the promised delivery timeframe," which it was not, was not helpful and unappreciated.

Such great pieces!! I absolutely love the devil/angel in sterling silver. I get so many compliments when I wear them. Definitely worth the price and the details are incredible. I look forward to my next purchase!!

Ordered cuff links for a wedding. Through no fault of Theswaf, the items were held up in Germany and not going to arrive in time. The cufflinks themselves were beautiful. To initiate a return you must go through email, but I received quick and prompt replies and was able to return the item to a location in the US (where I am located).

Necklace broke same day ask for an exchange and they wanted me to pay shipping after spending over hundred dollars.

The inside of the ring has rough edges. Poor workmanship.
