The product is lovely. There was a problem with their courier who lost the gate. The gate had to be re manufactured by The Steel Gallery, which meant a hold up in delivery which was frustrating for both sides. However now it’s in place feel very hsppy

We are renovating a 200 year old house and chose the tree of life gate in a vibrant green. It looks amazing and has brightened a dark side return.
The ordering process was easy and the delivery speedy. Gate arrived well packaged with full instructions.
Would not hesitate to recommend the steel gallery to anyone.

I ordered my partition steel panels from the steel gallery as they were the best price I found on line, the quality of the panels are superb

Really impressed with this gate. Light weight but solid and user friendly. Good lock and handle too.

After over five weeks and continually chasing only part of order delivered.

No reply on phone, just rang for over 30 minutes and no reply to my email advising of problem. Still waiting for someone to talk to me.

Would not use them again

Telephone never gets answered. Long delays and very very poor quality.

I made a couple of mistakes when ordering from the Steel Gallery. The customer service could not have been more helpful, and friendly. They sorted everything out, and the product looks great on the wall. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. 😊

The order took some time to make and deliver because they are so busy (a hiccup was dealt with brilliantly, I think how hiccups are dealt with are a mark of a great quality company and I found they were brilliant to deal with)

I am really happy with the corten steel screen and planter they sent and I have installed in my garden, it was a very good price and I think the quality of the metal used on my corten screen and planter is excellent.

The delivery was really good too with useful tracking sent and viewable from pick up, transit and to the arrival at my house. I was also impressed with how well the packaging was done at Steel Gallery.

Would I shop with them again? Absolutely yes and I rate them with 5 stars.

Arrived as stated, very well packaged and really top quality goods. We absolutely love our gate and tree of life wall sculpture and have subsequently ordered a matching planter.

The staff at The Steel Gallery were extremely helpful throughout the ordering process for our gate and side panel. Both items arrived within the promised timeframe and were straightforward to install. They look beautiful and perfectly complement our new garden path, creating a truly stunning entrance to the garden.

I ordered a bespoke arched aluminium garden gate from The Steel Gallery. I found Greg and Mike very helpful with their speedy responses concerning specs etc. Delivery was delayed because of a quality control issue, but it's better in my opinion to have a delay to rectify the matter rather than to have no quality control. The gate arrived well packed and simple to install. The three hinges and the latch are reversible, so I was able to set the gate to open inwards rather than outwards. Please note: I would recommend to anyone buying an arched gate to fit into a brick arched entrance to ensure that the leading edge of the hinges is installed no more than about 5mm from the inside corner of the front or back (depending on your preference for inwards or outwards opening)) of the arched entrance - to install the gate any nearer towards the centre of the entrance will cause the gate to foul on the arch when you try to open it.

The advice I was given on ordering a bespoke aluminium gate was clear and helpful, and the gate arrived within the specified time. It’s so well constructed and finished and was installed easily. I’m delighted with the results which have transformed the house and access to the garden.

Great product took a while for delivery but the communication from the company was excellent both when ordering the gate and afterwards to solve an issue due to my wrongly taken measurement.

The advice and customer service was excellent. The aluminium gate looks amazing and adds a modern twist to my new courtyard.

Advice given on response to my initial telephone enquiry was timely and helpful. Delivery was somewhat delayed but made in less than 1 month from my order placement. Customer service during that period was always polite and reassuring although the call back service was clearly stretched at that time. The product was straightforward to fit and has received high approvals from all neighbours and passers by.

The Steel Gallery’s website was easy to navigate and provided lots of inspiration allowing your vision for their products to work perfectly in your space. We bought off the shelf corten steel panels and later ordered a bespoke corten piece which arrived exactly as we wanted. Delivery was quick and communication was swift and great value for money. The team came out to do a site visit promptly. I also visited their showroom. The advice/ideas we were given were appreciated.
