We have been delighted with this company's service and now our gate has been installed, we are equally happy with the product. We were guided through the measuring process before we placed our order and when the gate arrived it fitted perfectly. It has enhanced the entrance to our property. We'd heartily recommend this company.

We were a bit apprehensive about ordering gates online, in case we made any mistakes measuring ourselves, but the gates were a perfect fit, and look great. The company were very responsive to any queries. We weren’t so impressed with the delivery company as they were quite inefficient and difficult to get hold of, but it was all sorted out in the end. My son in law said the installation was easy to follow too. Overall, very happy with the service received from the Steel Gallery and happy with the modern look.

I have found The Steel Gallery great, 5*. I've marked them down because the delivery, by DX delivery, was just appalling. But the corten steel screens I ordered are really beautiful and look both classy and unusual. Their customer service is excellent, the screens arrived in a couple of weeks, well, but not over packaged. If they could find a different delivery company everything would be perfect.

Having just received our second delivery of panels, we are really pleased with the quality of the Steel Gallery's products. They have shown a high level of customer service throughout the ordering and delivery process. This is a supplier that I am happy to recommend to others. The ability to purchase well crafted products that are manufactured in the UK is also a positive for me.

Absolutely chuffed with our bespoke railings and gate. Has transformed our front garden which had become quite shabby. We're delivered just before Christmas as we hoped and our garden person installed them shortly after. A neighbour texted to say how lovely they were and another knocked at the door to rave about them. No longer the scruffiest house on the street.

We recently ordered a set of beautiful aluminium screens in the Botanical design (Cream) to replace our old wooden trellis, mostly in standard sizes, with one bespoke post and a custom-made panel. One of the panels has been mounted on a fence with subtle backlighting, transforming it into an elegant piece of outdoor wall art.

Throughout the entire design and ordering process, Mike, Aleisha, and the whole Steel Gallery team were exceptionally helpful—offering guidance, answering questions promptly, and even resolving a small delivery hiccup with ease and professionalism.

Installation was simple and stress-free, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. The screens have elevated our outdoor space far beyond what we’d imagined.

The product is lovely. There was a problem with their courier who lost the gate. The gate had to be re manufactured by The Steel Gallery, which meant a hold up in delivery which was frustrating for both sides. However now it’s in place feel very hsppy

We are renovating a 200 year old house and chose the tree of life gate in a vibrant green. It looks amazing and has brightened a dark side return.
The ordering process was easy and the delivery speedy. Gate arrived well packaged with full instructions.
Would not hesitate to recommend the steel gallery to anyone.

I ordered my partition steel panels from the steel gallery as they were the best price I found on line, the quality of the panels are superb

Really impressed with this gate. Light weight but solid and user friendly. Good lock and handle too.

After over five weeks and continually chasing only part of order delivered.

No reply on phone, just rang for over 30 minutes and no reply to my email advising of problem. Still waiting for someone to talk to me.

Would not use them again

Telephone never gets answered. Long delays and very very poor quality.

I made a couple of mistakes when ordering from the Steel Gallery. The customer service could not have been more helpful, and friendly. They sorted everything out, and the product looks great on the wall. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. 😊

The order took some time to make and deliver because they are so busy (a hiccup was dealt with brilliantly, I think how hiccups are dealt with are a mark of a great quality company and I found they were brilliant to deal with)

I am really happy with the corten steel screen and planter they sent and I have installed in my garden, it was a very good price and I think the quality of the metal used on my corten screen and planter is excellent.

The delivery was really good too with useful tracking sent and viewable from pick up, transit and to the arrival at my house. I was also impressed with how well the packaging was done at Steel Gallery.

Would I shop with them again? Absolutely yes and I rate them with 5 stars.

Arrived as stated, very well packaged and really top quality goods. We absolutely love our gate and tree of life wall sculpture and have subsequently ordered a matching planter.
