Issue on the website meant I couldn’t order, contacted support to make them aware and it was fixed almost immediately so I got my order placed. Great customer service.

Great help from Sofia - The Sports Edit Customer Care Advisor. And orders was all right, at time as should be . All experience was good. Thank you!

Ordered from this company, which seemed a little dodgy at the time. Following my order had an email from them saying my order was fraudulent and if I did not respond they would cancel my order. I responded and explained that I was abroad and wanted them sent to my partner's address like shown on my order page. Had no response back today had a cancellation email. I now have to wait for my £300 to be returned. Save your money and shop elsewhere people, certainly not owned by marks and Spencers with this level of service.

Customer Service is terrible, they don't respond, and when they do, it is not helpful. Have ordered before with them, and package was stolen by courier before I received it - but no help from The Sports Edit.

I bought some lovely Puma sneakers from The Sport Edit, and they came super quick as described. The right trainer developed a fault in the suede and I thought it would be a nightmare to get it sorted- I emailed and within 24h I’d had such a positive, helpful response and received a refund. I was so happy and amazed to be honest- I would 10% buy from them again and would massively recommend them. The customer service agent (Sofia) was so helpful, reactive and supportive- and I also really appreciated her being an actual human who corresponded and helped. Thanks!

I had an issue with an item that I ordered so I emailed Customer Care. I quickly had a reply from Sofia who was friendly and resolved the problem efficiently. Fantastic service as always! I will continue to shop at The Sports Edit! Thank you Sofia!

It has unfortunately been a frustrating experience with The Sports Edit.

Instead of the Beyond Yoga sweatshirt I ordered, I received a New Look top with a Beyond Yoga tag attached to it - clearly a fraudulent return, but I am shocked that this was not picked up by their warehouse team. I raised this with customer service who said they would check whether their warehouse had the original item and would send it along. I had to follow-up after a few days and they then confirmed the item is no longer in stock. I was promptly refunded.

For the same order, I then sent back 2 items for a refund, but the refund was only processed for 1 item. Again frustrating and I have since raised with customer service.

Clearly issues with warehousing /inventory. Customer service were helpful enough.

Bought trainers in their sale and when I received them they were marked. I emailed explaining the problem and received prompt helpful responses. The issue was resolved within 24hours. Will be recommending SportsEdit to friends and family.

Excellent service

Really pleased with the customer service. Sofia was very helpful and handled everything quickly and professionally. Everything was resolved smoothly, and I would happily order from them again.

Sadly I had an issue with my order and emailed customer service on a Sunday evening. I had a reply by Monday at midday and the item in question had already been refunded! The customer service here is brilliant, I’ve gone back and fourth with other shops before but this was so smooth and quick. Thanks :) Will definitely shop here again. (The issue in question was no fault of sports edit!)

accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I was really impressed with how quickly the issue was sorted. I sent an email and got a very fast response, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally.

Customer service was excellent – they were helpful, understanding, and made everything really easy to fix without any hassle.

Would NEVER purchase from this company again.

My order was returned by the courier because the sender requested it, yet I was never informed by Sports Edit. I only found out by checking the tracking myself.

I reached out multiple times for an explanation and received no clear response. Then, over a week later, they simply cancelled my order with no proper communication or resolution.

Really poor customer service and a complete lack of transparency — incredibly frustrating experience.

Waqar was very helpful changed delivery address once I realised I’d sent to an old one, all arrived on time.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed

I’m honestly shocked. My delivery photo just shows a doorstep — nothing to prove it was actually delivered to me — and I never received my order. I contacted The Sports Edit several times, but they refused to assist and have completely ignored my emails.

I expected much better customer service from a retailer of this size. I’m now having to take this up with my bank because I’ve been left with no goods and no help.

Really disappointed and would not recommend based on my experience.

Update in reply - A photograph of a parcel left on a doorstep is not something I would class as a “secure delivery.” I am both shocked and disgusted that anyone would consider leaving £250 worth of goods unattended on a doorstep and classing this as “secure delivery”

Furthermore whilst my 1st email was responded to by an extremely unhelpful agent, my further 3 emails sent since have all been ignored , which I can see on other reviews here seems is a recurring issue with the so called “customer service” at the sports edit!

My bank are now pursuing a chargeback against this

Order placed on line. Delivery was quick but when the parcel arrived the bag was partially torn open and 3 items were missing. I emailed sports edit. and the next day Sophie got back to me apologised for the issue and confirmed that she has re sent the missing items. Thank you Sophie for sorting out this issue so quickly and professionally.
