My order arrived in a timely fashion and I was really impressed with the packaging. Despite the box being clearly marked as to which end was up, it was not delivered upright. However, the baby was well-swaddled and very little soil was disturbed!

Fabulous plants. Some shipping issues but that was FedEx’s fault. Will definitely buy again.

I was wonderfully surprised to see a beautiful fiddle leaf fig plant arrive in such great condition and expert packaging! The growth plant pot is also very beautiful and helps to elevate our space. I will definitely purchase another plant and recommend to everyone!

The plant arrived on time and was healthy. But it was a gift and I put a lot of time into writing a very thoughtful message. The recipient looked on the box and inside the gift and did not find who it was from or the message.
So it definitely was not the experience I was hoping for

Bought a alocasia, packaging was great, only one leaf that looked like it was going dormant. Only gave 4 stars because there is some white mold / fungus on two of the peddles that I'm trying to get rid of.

I've ordered several times from The Sill and have had no past issues with delivery nor packages. This time my plant's rootball (African Milk Tree) was completely uprooted from the pot and the bottom of the box was full of soil that was leaking from the package. Obviously things can shift during shipping but I thought it could have been packed & supported more carefully. I repotted upon arrival and am waiting to see if any long term damage. It's very top heavy as a plant so this may have been part of the issue.
