I LOVE these plants

I LOVE these plants. Came so well packaged, in wonderful condition. The pots are also very high quality. Will order from here again!

I don't quite understand why I get so…

I don't quite understand why I get so many emails asking me to confirm I've received my order, and then trick me into leaving a review. The guise of the repeated emails is they need to confirm the order arrived. There is automatic tracking provided when they ship the product, the company should know it arrived and not repeatedly email me automated spam emails.

message not included w/plant

the message i wrote to be included with the delivery was not included with the plant. as this was a condolence gift, it was awkward to then have to follow-up with the person to make sure they received it when they are grieving.

Highly recommend The Sill

The plant was healthy, packaging was great and appreciated the helpful guidance for the new plant. This was my second time ordering an indoor plant from The Sill and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend The Sill!

Beautiful plants

Beautiful plants! One box was damaged but the olive tree inside seemed unharmed. It is struggling two weeks in despite careful attention to light, water and pH but hoping it is just shock from the shipping and bounces back.
