Avoid this company, appalling communication, don't send goods, had to contact credit card company to investigate

I bought a tumble dryer from this company as an ex display. A few marks advised on the machine which was fine. On first use of the machine, water started leaking from underneath. It's clearly a faulty machine and not just ex display. I now believe the company is a scam after reading the comments on Trust pilot from other customers. I now have little hope of the machine being replaced. I did email and received an email back saying the machine would be replaced with new last Friday. After not receiving confirmation from AIT (delivery company) I emailed again. I have now sent 4 emails and not a single reply.
I will update this review if I hear back from shop@home and after it's been replaced.
Please do not waste your money, I paid £280 which I believe I will not see again.

I paid for a hisense washing machine and i am splendid with what i received, it came perfectly how i bought it, immaculate machine 10/10 will come back

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of communication and customer service. I have sent multiple emails over the few days try to cancel my order and have received absolutely no response. No phone number provided. They ignored me on live chat as well.Item was delivered anyway.
I expected at least a basic acknowledgment, which is standard for any professional business.
Until this company improves its responsiveness and respect for customers’ time, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.

Good value for money/ You can find good quality products for good price. Delivered quickly

I purchased a soundbar from this company and was informed by email that delivery would take seven days. After five days, the courier cancelled the delivery, stating they never received the parcel from the supplier. It has now been eight days with no update, and the company has not responded to any of my messages. There is also no customer service phone number listed on their website.
This is a scam — avoid at all costs.

Placed an order for a fridge freezer today, now hours later I received an email saying that the order has been cancelled, no explanation given and the payment will be refunded in 10 working days!! A VERY disgruntled customer,

Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken on delivery but it was collected and refunded without question. A bit better communication would help but overall a good experience.

I have not received my order i hzve been trying to contact you re a refund and no one is getting back to me. Therefore i shall be contacting cc company for a charge back

I bought a Hisense American fridge freezer June 2024,it came with an extended 2year Hisense warranty After 13 months the fridge freezer failed, Hisense eventually issued an uplift number for Shop@home to use, after very many emails to different addresses and what looks like they have blocked my emails to the helpdesk,I have now written to them citing that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I sent this 9 days ago giving them 14 days to rectify, if not rectified, the next step is the small claims court. Customers service is non existent!

Fast delivery only problem is I have a small dent in the door but really good will use again

Bought a washer dryer at a fraction of the retail price. Delivered within days and only a very small mark on the front of the machine. Great customer service, although can take a working day to reply to emails (website live chat is much quicker)

My fridge has never arrived. No contact with the shop. They never answer emails. Please avoid at all cost.

I bought an ex-showroom oven from Shop At Home on 1st October, which was delivered on 6th October. Unfortunately arrived faulty. The fan doesn't work and it hums very loudly.

I have since sent Shop At Home four emails on the 19th, 21st, 23rd and 27th October stating the problem, including a video and requesting a return and refund. I have only received one response from them on the 21st asking more about the hum and oven condition, but not initiating any return. They have not replied to my last three emails.

I am now requesting a chargeback from my bank and contacting Citizens Advice. Beware of this seller!

Excellent American fridge freezer at a very good price. Condition was ‘like new’ albeit ex display but was in really good condition. The service was excellent less the delivery. The texts and emails to prepare for delivery are very useful. This was a large heavy item and access is challenging to say the least so I removed an outside door and a sash window in preparation and taken time off to receive. The tracker is very useful as are the update text. Unfortunately with 20mins to go our Friday delivery was postponed to Monday with no explanation. Monday worked less the fact they were reluctant to move the item to where we required so we did it ourselves! There is no phone number to berate people when it all goes pear shaped…hence 4 stars not 5
