There was a delay but great customer service
I ordered a bag ready for Christmas. A couple of days after my order I received a polite email from Laura informing me the bags were out of stock but were due to be delivered shortly. I was offered a refund if the delay didn't work for me. As it was for Christmas I was happy to wait. My bag arrived and it's perfect.

We have had other bags in the past but not seen one about greyhounds until now.
Since my wife walks the greyhounds at the local greyhound rescue centre most weekday mornings we just had to buy the bags.

Bags are very easy to order on line. Communications with the company are great. I had to knock one star off because the courier Evri didnt deliver my order. As soon as I made contact with These Bags Are Great, another bag was dispatched and this one was delivered. Thanks very much for sorting this out for me.

Had one for about 5 years and thought I’d order a few more as they are strong and easy to carry. The waterproof lining keeps things dry around the sides. The bags fit in a good amount of shopping.
