Thanks Noel, totally understand that Evri have their issues, but their failure rate of our parcels is less than 0.5%, which is better than Royal Mail (it's is a shame, but true in our experience!).

There is such a great choice of bags and it is so easy to order. The communication was great and delivery seems to have been quick. I did have to get them sent to my brother in the UK as I live in New Zealand and there is no delivery to middle Earth!!
