Wow wow wow what an amazing company with outstanding customer service!
We bought a large farmhouse dining table from them 4 years ago, and we’ve been absolutely thrilled with it - the standard of craftsmanship is amazing.
Our table got a little scratched due to a badly behaved dog (!!) and I reached out to the company for tips on how to fix this. I wasn’t expecting much but Maxine went truly above and beyond. She took the time to reply immediately, suggesting fixes and also sent some wax crayons free of charge. I’ve never experienced such good customer service this long after buying a product. Would not hesitate in buying again or recommending this company.

My experience with The Rustic Table Company has genuinely been the best customer experience I have ever had.

We ordered a farmhouse table and four chairs for our new home. Before placing the order, I contacted the company to ask whether delivery could be delayed as we still did not know when we'd move into our new home. Maxine responded immediately and was incredibly accommodating in arranging a delivery schedule that worked for us.

A little later, we got back in touch to ask whether the legs of both the table and chairs could be made slightly shorter. They very kindly agreed to do this at no extra cost, which we really appreciated.

Everything arrived exactly when planned, and the delivery person assembled the table and chairs for us, which was extremely helpful.

The furniture itself is absolutely beautiful - exactly what we had hoped for. The quality is outstanding, and it has completely transformed our home.

A couple of days after delivery, we noticed a slight scuff in the paint on the legs. I contacted Maxine again to ask for advice, and she immediately offered to send a small pot of matching paint free of charge so we could touch it up.

Throughout the entire process, Maxine was responsive, polite, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. It’s rare to find this level of customer care, and combined with the high-quality, beautifully made furniture, I couldn’t recommend The Rustic Table Company more highly.

Really impressed with the quality of our new table and chairs. I would say it exceeded our expectations. Delivery arrived on time and went smoothly with regular updates provided. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered both a custom-made table and accompanying chairs, and the finished products are simply beautiful. The wood is rich and textured, and you instinctively know it will colour beautifully and enjoy a rich patina. Maxine was excellent at communicating throughout, and Adrian was a superb help when delivering and assembling. A genuinely rare 'they'll fight for it after you've gone' product.

We ordered our beautiful 3.2m farmhouse dining table from The Rustic Table Company (colour light antique and clean planks) and throughout the process couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, from samples to amendments. To top things off, our table arrived on time and looks even better than imagined. Highly recommend!

Wow!!! The quality of my new large dining table is just STUNNING!! Pure craftsmanship. It has become an instant heirloom :) Maxine was wonderful throughout - checking the spec, keeping me informed etc. And their delivery guy, Adrian -- not only did he deliver on time, to the exact room of my second floor flat, but he also assembled it! My table arrived a few weeks ago.
It’s prefect, the finish is smooth and beautiful and the paint work immaculate.
Maxine was excellent and listened to my needs throughout the process.
The ordering process was swift and easy.
The only issue I had was the delivery process as there could have been a more customer choice with the delivery date .
The delivery people were very helpful, polite, they set the table up for me which was very much appreciated.

I can’t recommend this company enough!! We’ve just purchased our third table and not only is the quality outstanding, the customer service is another level. Maxine and the team are just wonderful and make the whole experience perfect. It’s rare to find this level of service these days.

Really happy with our table, which has just been delivered. The order process was smooth and the person at Rustic Table really helpful and quick in responding to my queries. Table arrived well in advance of the date we needed it by and was delivered by the loveliest, most helpful chap (at 6.30am!).

Table looks great in the space and the quality seems excellent. Loved that we could get the specific (large) size we needed. Now we just need some chairs!

The table is beautiful, very well-made and the customer service is excellent. They might want to consider using a different courier company tho' as the communication with this separate business and delivery time didn't match this 5-star furniture company and their superb products.

Such a lovely company to deal with. We have bought a bespoke coffee table and also really large kitchen table from them. They are beautifully crafted and finished. Would highly recommend them.

Firstly, delivery information and service are outstanding. The man who delivered and assembled the table was skilful and very helpful.
The table itself far exceeded our expectations: it is beautifully proportioned and extremely well made. It is exactly as we ordered.
The finish is amazing;really smooth and also very durable.
And finally, outstanding value for money. We could easily have had to pay at least twice as much for a table of similar quality

We received our Farmhouse Table a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it! It's just what we wanted -
a really beautiful, robust table that is the centrepiece of our dining area. There was a bit of delay in getting it, but this was communicated promptly and efficiently via Maxine, so we didn't mind. We have now ordered a matching bench and can't wait for it to arrive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I bought 4 kitchen chairs from this company 4 weeks ago and was so pleased with their quality they came soon after I ordered them online and the company were excellent in their delivery date I had a small issue with one of the chairs and they replaced the chair without any delay their after sales care was excellent I would recommend this company to anyone

Product is really good but as per previous correspondent don't expect good after sales service. Fault in legs with wood knots showing through paint (after 8 months). They said "It has never happened before" and offered to send out some paint. My reaction was that ..'you want me to resolve your quality issue'. However I agreed to the paint offer, which arrived in poor packaging and leaking on to me and on to our table. They said again "It has never happened before". There was no mention by Rustic Table Company of ensuring the paint was removed from our table and how to do it, so in order to resolve I offered to buy the paint myself if they refunded the cost and the mileage to get to the shop. They agreed. As at today, 19/8/24 (8 days later) I have not received the money they promised and they said they would make sure it was paid today. It hasn't been. Don't expect good customer service although the lady I was dealing with tried her best but it's not good from a customer perspective.
