Just had a reply to an email sent by my suppliers for a cracked glass to the control an SCP-W-01
it is said that excessive force must be the issue, sorry to disagree, but no excessive force and the control does not sit onto the housing very well, possibly its just a one off, but to be so dismissive was not a great experience

I had to write a review to express how helpful Robin was when I called as my underflooring heating in my bathroom suddenly wasn't working. Robin was patient and very knowledgeable on the product and talked me through what I needed to do in order to get my system up and running again. Given we are now in winter and without the underfloor heating my bathroom tiles are freezing I was most appreciative. I can't thank Robin enough for his help.

I am a homeowner that has been extensively renovating my period property over the last 10 years to heritage standard with meticulous eye for details and design..
I do not normally write reviews but thought I would do so in this instance given the all round positive experience that I have had with Thermosphere underfloor heating both in terms of the products and the customer service.
Given the restricted size of my bathroom, it took me several months of planning and research to design the bathroom and choose the sanitary-ware and building materials.
One of the reasons that I chose Thermosphere over rival competitors such as Warm Up is that the Thermosphere has a dual controller which allows users to control both the underfloor heating and the dual fuel electric towel rail from one control unit - something that rival competitors such as Warm Up do not offer - this makes for an uncluttered installation and having only the one controller is simple to use. Another reason, is that you are able to waterproof the floor b using Thermospheres Waterproof Paste and Waterproof Tape in conjunction to the membrane - which I did. Other considerations included price, quality of materials, lifetime warranty and after sales service and of course connectivity: being able to control my underfloor heating/towel rail from my smartphone.
I was aware that there are many pitfalls when installing underfloor heating and many installations which have failed and as such read the online installation guides and extensively consulted over the phone with the Thermosphere representatives, Jodie, Sharna, Lirona and Vinnie on more than one occasion asking many questions relating to installation and use off the electric underfloor heating. I got the sense that all the representatives thoroughly knew the product and they provided me with many tips and details concerning installation which I may have overlooked, such as siting a second sense in the floor in case for any reason the first one should ever fail.
Their knowledge, patience, can do attitude and courteousness is exemplary! They even assisted me with the set up of my dual controller and wireless hub.
Having now completed the refurbishment of my bath and used my underfloor heating, I can say that it is certainly worth it. It is very easy to use and programme and the heat the floor gives off definitely heats the room. I am very happy with the Thermosphere app used to control the heating remotely from my smartphone - it has much functionality but is very easy to use.
My experience with the product and the level of customer care has been outstanding and thus I would have no reservations to recommend anyone interested in buying underfloor heating to consider Thermosphere.
