Recently, I have been investigating the construction of underfloor heating with Warmup support team and have been extremely impressed with the service. I have sent many emails with lots of questions and all have been answered with patience and professionalism. Now I have a list of step by step links on how to instal the underfloor heating. Exceptional customer service

Had exceptional customer service from Warmup yesterday in which I'd received confirmation of order being despatched, I called Warmup to ask if my order could be amended & the person I got on the phone went above & beyond to help, changed my order on the phone, spoke to the despatch dept and had them change the pallet so my order could leave on time and it's being delivered today.

I contacted Warmup as I was having a problem with one of our underfloor heating controls. Harley was great, gave me lots of advice of things to try before going to the expense of buying a new unit. Unfortunately they didn't work but I was also supplied with a list of stockists and how much I could expect to pay.
