Very impressed with Ruben Reynolds and his service in sorting out a B2B issue with one of our clients. Called on Friday afternoon to request additional stock and it was delivered directly to the customer (in Northern Ireland) by Monday afternoon. Can't fault it at all.

Great experience when wanting advice and help to purchase some 12 v heated towel rails, David Cowley at their head office provided great customer service and helped me get delivery direct in 24 hrs despite having purchased via a wholesaler.
Now they are installed they look very smart and perform faultlessly and despite the significant extra cost compared with normal electric towel rails / radiators we think they are worth every penny.

Having used a ThermoSphere heating system in my Bathroom for a couple of years, it made sense to add another ThermoSphere thermostat when installing UFH in my Kitchen. After getting everything installed, tested and connected, I tried to connect to the wireless hub, and started to struggle. One call to Lirona @ ThermoSphere, and she talked through a fix, with me, which resulted in a faulty hub being identified. This didn't pose a problem at all, as by the following day I had received a replacement, had installed it and had both UFH systems working on the hub wirelessly - absolutely fabulous service!

Recently installed Thermosphere membrane electric underfloor with BT21 thermostats controlling the various areas. Really happy with the finished result and love the fact I can control them from my phone. Spot on!

A Thermosphere Dual Control was installed in my shower room to control the underfloor heating and towel rail in May last year. I have found that whenever there is a power cut (even for only 2 minutes) the heating does not come back on when power returns. The controller switches off and has to be manually switched on again. I see that as a very significant deficiency in the product. I contacted Customer Service in February who told me that there was nothing that could be done to change this, but newer Dual Controls came on after power outages. So they do they do recognise this as an issue. Not happy.

Ellie Lisbon was extremely helpful this morning. We have recently had a bathroom renovation with underfloor heating fitted and have struggled to set timings for the Eco setting. Seems to come on randomly. She has identified the problem and we now need the electrician back. So far to date she’s been extremely helpful, very pleasant and communication superb. Thanks Ellie

I can’t thank Jodie from Customer Support enough.
My elderly mother recently moved and we could not work out how to use the heating thermostat. I called Customer Support and Jodie spent time walking me through how to set up and use the thermostat properly. Jodie even sent me pictures!
The following day Jodie even took the time to call me to make sure that I had managed to get the heating working. Such amazing care and customer service! Thanks to all of Jodie’s help Mum is now warm.

I've just had wonderful customer service from Linora Mehmeti at Thermosphere. I'd been completely defeated with an error message and the inability to solve it, or programme the timer. Linora was so lovely,patient and calm and took me through every single day to set each timer correctly and even when I managed ( somehow) to do a factory reset in error, she still kept going and helping me. A second call to her sorted another smaller issue and she was still laughing and smiling ( possibly grimacing and I wouldn't blame her if she had been!) . Really has made the use of this much simpler as I now know if I run into trouble again, there is an immediate response to a call from a human being ready to help. Thank you again Linora. You were marvellous!

After the first order went to plan, I decided to try them with another order... they are now my go to Electric UFH supplier. We've had a Comfortzone (the old name for ThermoSphere) thermostat for our underfloor heating for about 8 years. It's developed a fault recently (not controlling the temperature properly). I rang ThermoSphere customer support - spoke with Rhylan - and they were excellent. I wasn't sure they'd have support for homeowners, rather than just people in the trade, but they were happy to help. We talked through the problem and they were able to diagnose the fault. Not something it's possible to fix, but the service was very good. Will happily buy another Thermosphere product for that reason.

We have had so many problems setting up now the up arrow dosent work so we can't use it as it stuck to low temperature we have only used it two times not happy
