Very poor after sales servicr

Although the build quality of the conservatory was good, the after sales service was poor to the point that they refused to provide maintenance on a conservatory that was only 11 years old

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your after sales service. Unfortunately, you are not a client of ours as we only acquired the company in 2014 after Thermaframe Conservatories Ltd went into administration. We only acquired the trading name and display site and this is the only reason you would have been refused help as we have no knowledge of the product you have. All our clients whether in or out of guarantee can expect our help if needed
