I still haven't received my order when…
I still haven't received my order when I placed it on the 30th of September.
I have contacted them via email, Instagram and on their online form which they state they respond within 72 hours and that has been a lie.
They state 2-7 working days and it's been weeks with no update or delivery, and now reading these reviews I'm concerned I have been scammed I just don't understand how posts ate being uploaded via their Instagram page but no messages can be responded.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. My son purchased an item, that was out of stock AFTER they took the money. Offered a good will gesture of a voucher (no refund offered). Accepted this and placed a new order on 4th September.
Shipping email received, waited patiently but no goods. Chased up with customer service, another shipping email received.
As of 17th October still no goods and no responses received from customer services.
Hard earned pocket money spent by my son with a company that clearly couldn't care less about its customers.

I think the company is a scam
I think the company is a scam. Money taken over a month ago and nothing has arrived. No reply to any emails sent. Not sure how to try and get my money back. I have now received a message assuring me they are not a scam and I should email them. I have done that 3 times and had no response. My money was taken 6 weeks ago and no delivery. If I received the product I would remove this comment but at present I have paid for something I have never received.

Terrible customer service and scammers
Terrible customer service and scammers! Bought an item a month ago and dispatched email 2 weeks later. To date I have not received my item. Nobody at customer service answers you emails/ Instagram messages. Quick to take your money but not provide a good service.
