It's almost funny how bad this brand is.

Please don't be an idiot and be enticed into purchase via their low prices, you're just chucking £20/30 down the drain. Additionally, please don't buy anything from their equally illegitimate Far East sweat shop partner - Louis Carter Wear.

After purchasing a jacket 6 months ago, I've never heard anything back, no item, no refund. Their brand manager 'Sam' is either dead or doesn't care about his job, or maybe - doesn't exist??

If you try it, let me know after, so I can laugh at you afterwards. Just trust Trust Pilot, it's what it's here for.

I agree with all the bad comments before me - placed an order in August, received nothing yet they were quick to take my money.
Sent numerous emails and had no response.
The only response I have ever had was 2 weeks ago when I put a previous comment on Trustpilot - the response advised me to contact their Customer Services to resolve the issue, of which I did email them again, and guess what happened, THEY HAVE NEVER REPLIED.
I have been conned out of well earnt money and am disgusted by the complete lack of service.
AVOID THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO.

Scam - They do not ship out orders

I wanted to wear this new tracksuit for my airport outfit... I went on my holiday for 2 weeks, returned still no package. Contacted customer service several times to which I did get a response, not the most helpful as I still had to wait another 2 weeks before I received my order. That being said I do like the tracksuit, just would have been nice to get it before my holiday. Next time I'll have to order it way in advance.

BOUGHT A JACKET FROM HERE. GOT AN EMAIL TWO WEEKS LATER SAYING IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT AS ITS NO LONGER IN STOCK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD EITHER GIVE ME A VOUCHER OR A REFUND AND I CHOSE A REFUND. THEY HAVENT SENT ME A REFUND IN OVER 2 MONTHS AND DONT EVEN REPLY TO MY MULTIPLE EMAILS.

Ordered a jacket from here 4 months ago for £100 and they told me they was out of stock and said they will give me double my money back been emailing them so many times still no reply to this day

3.5 stars would be perfect. Mixed review experience.
My delivery was extremely late it took 2 weeks to come. the emails are unresponsive but used my iniative and messaged them on instagram which I got a response back within 2 hours. I wanted an update for why my order was taking so long, they said it was due to a delay in stock arrival. understandable but an email or even a text notifying me of such would've been great. anyway my order arrived which I am very happy about. I ordered 2 tracksuits, a hoodie and jeans. this is NOT a scam of a company, I just think they are a bit inexperienced with large orders ... a tip, hire more staff to help meet demand please cos the clothes are pretty cool. Despite the delay I would buy from here again and recommend to others to try out, they are legit as I received my items which look like advertised and fit me well regarding the jeans and crotch area

2ND REVIEW !!! Because since my last one 2 weeks ago still have NOT received the order making it over 2 MONTHS NOW!!! and they dont respond to my communication with them asking for updates .

1000% scam look at all the reviews agreeing , majority of their reviews are the lowest possible star rating which says enough. The positive ones are probably the company themselves!!!!

Everyone report their Instagram page!! Their Instagram comments have been disabled & emails are no longer in use so you cannot communicate with them the email they replied on my last review doesn’t respond!!!!

Paid for a puffer jacket been a month presently still haven't gotten anything, have messaged on numerous occasions and gotten no reactions, not ready to return the money in question or have a report on my request, don't buy from them.

I've ordered from here a few times and never had issues with delivery. My orders arrive in about a week to Ireland...
The hoodies are good, my gf seems to be stockpiling mine for winter lol. This was my first time ordering a puffer coat and I'm amazed at the quality, should be priced higher. Toe to toe with my North Face puffer.

100% a scam and i got caught. Ordered on the 22nd of september was told it had shipped then got a email to say none was in stock so would have to wait for re supply or get a refund, asked for a refund and low and behold no reply on emails been a month and i have sent over a dozen emails on facebook, insta, email, and on there contact page and no replys at all, save you money shop else where you will not receive the items or a refund.

My delivery did take ages but it came! I emailed customer service several times for an update, they responded back to me within 24 hours each time giving me info on what is going on. The tracksuit is wicked. The jeans are comfy I'm a big guy 6ft4 and they are long enough for me. If it wasn't for the slow delivery (2 weeks) I would have given 5*. I definitely recommend this brand to others to try. Be patient, no small business is perfect. Some reviews are harsh considering all the strikes effecting delivery times.

Awful company that are either too lazy or just chose not to reply. Firstly, they try to lure you in by listing items for ridiculously low prices, they then use a generic email about how they’ve ran out of stock (only reply email you’ll get by the way) they’ll then give you a discount code to make you spend more.
Do not be fooled by this as you will not receive your items.

It’s a shame to see so many one star reviews from frustrated customers, thought I’d the company a chance but do not waste your time or money. Sly sales tactics, no customer service and no replies via email or social media. I was forced to put a claim in with my credit card company to get my money back.

Surely if you cared about your business you’d reply to emails and/ or give delivery updates to avoid negative reviews and refunds.
It also looks like their replies on trust pilot are a generic response.

Do not waste your time or money people.

Do not buy from this company , they do not send the product and air your emails. This is a fraud company and I want to find a way for this company to be reported or closed down

Ordered a T-shirt on the 2nd of September and I still haven’t received it. I still haven’t heard back from emails. They still haven’t issued a refund. Luckily my bank sent the money back.
Stay away from this company, listen to all the 1 star reviews, they’re not lying. Don’t waste your money.

SCAAAAAM AVOID !!!! It's been a month and still not received my order I have sent an email to customer service but turns out the email address doesn't exist..

This company is useless. I left a review 5 days ago as 3 of my emails were left unanswered. Once I left a review, they instructed me to email them so they could solve the issue. I am now still waiting for a response. My order was placed on 12th September and I am still yet to receive my package. Please do not order from them.

Ordered my jacket , it says will be delivered within 5 working days, and it has been almost a month,it won’t reply my email when I had sent it multiple times. I will take legal action for this fraud as I’m a barrister

I ordered a coat from this place as I saw a lot of familiar faces on their Instagram modelling their clothes however DO NOT let this fool you as these influencers have been paid and have nothing to do with the actual brand I ordered a coat on the 5th of October it was expected to arrive within 3-7 days it has now been 15 days I’ve heard nothing back from them even though I’ve tried to contact them DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND
