Absolutely terrible customer service! I returned a sweater two months ago and still have not received a refund (their policy states returns will be credited in 7-15 days). I have emailed, called, and texted multiple times with no response. I will never buy from this company again.

NEVER answer their customer service…
NEVER answer their customer service line or return calls from the messages i left.
Sent me two of the same thing and i sent back one and after 5 weeks, no refund.
Sent email requesting info on the refund, they promised to get back to me within 48 hours...did NOT happen.
WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Do not recommend
I bought a dress from theReset. They marked the dress as shipped but never shipped out the item (USPS tracking shows they never received the item to be shipped). Customer service only provided partial refund and did not refund the cost for shipping (close to $10). I’ve reached back out to customer service multiple times and was ignored. Beware of this scammer company who does not ship out orders and does not refund shipping.

merino sweater began pilling almost immediately. It was expensive! I reached out to the company several times and was ignored. I got emails saying they would respond but they never did! I feel like I got sucked into their marketing. The sweater was beautiful but useless.
