If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I’ve ordered from them. It either went to the wrong house. It wasn’t delivered. None of my money was returned, and the last thing I ordered I was waiting for and somehow it’s been returned to sender and still no money has been returned. Do not order from these people. Do not use your hard earned money for these thieves.

I bought a case for the Samsung S25 with a chain; it didn't arrive until a month later—and it came without the chain, and there was absolutely no way to contact the seller.

Unfortunately, no one has taken responsibility for this issue, and I have not received any assistance despite my attempts to contact you.I checked the tracking information and found that my package was delivered to the wrong location. I live in North Carolina, but you sent my package to Missouri. I have tried to contact you to let you know that the package was sent to the wrong address, but no one has contacted me or taken any responsibility for this issue.

/This is the worst company to deal with. Not just their products, but their customer service. Their orders are incomplete. Then the battle starts. Everything is communicated through emails or texts. Lack of phone service, 📱 no actual communication with a person. My order was partially delivered; I had several missing items. Trying to arrange delivery for missing items takes an act of God! Sorry! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE IN FOR A STORM!

Wish I could give a 0. I have placed several orders in previous years without incident. I placed an order on 1/17/26 and have received no further information. My emails keep bouncing back. I have twice submitted comments through their website and received no response. They've lost me as a customer.

I ordered two sizes of this sweater to decide which one to keep. I wanted to return the medium and keep the smaller size.

The return system worked until the final step, where it failed to generate a shipping label. Since then, I’ve sent multiple messages through their system and received no response at all. There is no customer service phone number to call.

I’m now stuck with an extra sweater simply because no one responds.

Their automatic return request website did not generate me a return shipping label to use and no one has reached back about helping me despite multiple attempts at emailing their customer service. They have been unresponsive for over a month and I have the items waiting to be returned.

Absolute scam.

I ordered an eye mask on Nov. 24 and it still has not arrived. I have reached out several times and they constantly say it’s “in transit”. I told them I didn’t want the mask anymore (it was a Christmas present) and they said they wouldn’t refund my money. BUYER BEWARE!!! NO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I sent multiple emails to try an exchange a pair of pants. There was no response and there is no phone number for customer service. Given the price of their items, I will never be ordering from here again. Don't be fooled by their professional looking website, this is not a well operating business.

Terrible customer service—order not received, no tracking updates and emails to customer service go unanswered. Yet they are happy to take your money. Avoid. Not worth the hassle when there are far better retailers who will help you versus ghost you.

I ordered two sweaters, and while the material felt nice, neither was a good fit. They were boxy and very short, barely covering my waist. Had to return.

Hi Reset - rating is not on the clothes because they are great and I love them 😀! I don’t, however, like the sale followed by a bigger sale marketing gimmick. Just do the big sale, please!

It has been a month and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve had to reach out several time for updates and I get late responses on inquiries.

Great company. Quality clothes that fit just right and drape beautifully. Their knits are my go to for work.

Their clothes are attractive, but do pill/pull pretty immediately for the high price point, and the fabrics are blends (aka cheaper). Their customer service, however, is virtually non-existent. Calls/text/emails/voicemails are NEVER responded to, other than automatic form responses. First, I had an issue where an order showed up nearly 3 weeks after it had supposedly been delivered - I’d already asked for a refund for the missing package. Second, I returned several items (and was trying to exchange one) - my exchange was cancelled due to “non-return” and I spent a ton of time trying to figure out where my refund was. I had confirmation the package had been delivered to their address. I ultimately had to resort to harassing them on their public instagram posts to get my hundreds of dollars back. I never received a call or non-auto email from anyone through this whole process. Not a company I would purchase from again.
