So friendly, so polite and so helpful.
Today , Tassia just literally "saved" our day-she helped us to sort our problem and we could travel to our destination without any issue.
She was so nice friendly, with a smile on her face from the beginning until we left.
With her, in the same shift was Mel, also very friendly.
Thank you girls for such an amazing experience. - there still people who loves their job ( and you can notice that with such a great customer service like I received today👍)

Staff professional and friendly
I came to do the test almost at closing time as I needed it to be valid as long as possible. My destination requires the results to be printed. Anju, at canary wharf was very professional and friendly and as I was stressed due to the print issue she helped me to calm down and offer to wait until the test results are out and print it for me. Recommend the center 100%

We booked Covid antigen tests for a cruise. Nathaniel & Henry (two very nice guys) walked us through the process of arranging it on our mobile devices. On the day of the test they welcomed us, performed the tests, and delivered our results (all negative 😊) after a short wait. It was easy and convenient and reasonably priced. If you need Covid tests in central London, I highly recommend the Regenerative Clinic at 33 Thayer St. (entrance on Marylebone High St.).
