Cynthia at the Cabazon location is outstanding: she went over and beyond to help me locate and order an item that was in stock at the Santa Monica store. She called them several times to make sure they call me to send me the item I needed for an event this Saturday. Even though they never called me (1 star for the Santa Monica location), Cynthia’s help was definitely top-notch!

I ended up finding the item at the Beverly Hills store: Delaney and Katrine were outstanding as well.

Unprofessional no one got back.

Great customer service. I have had an issue with some jeans I purchased and reformation has been very understanding and helpful. As a loyal customer and lover of the clothing it is amazing to know our environment friendly Reformation operates but also cares and appreciates its customers. Makes the whole shopping experience in store or online much more enjoyable

Reformation has always had the best customer service! They are quick to respond, helpful, and kind.

The quality at Reformation has declined dramatically. I have clothing by them from 10 years ago that has held up well, meanwhile, things I’ve bought just this year appear worn out after a single wear/wash. So disappointing, especially given the price point.

Sent me a cheap GAP jumper with a Reformation label attached! When I reported the fraud they never followed up to explain what happened. Even if it was a return from a previous customer, quality checks should have been in place to ensure it wasn’t accepted in the first place.

I loved how easy and fun it was to shop at reformation, they had so many sizes and selection available and the associates were so nice and welcoming!

Quality was great, fit perfect, was happy with my dress at such an important event as our daughters wedding

over priced clothing and piss poor management. Sales associates lack basic apparel knowledge and there is a serious lack in the diversity among workers in the company

The very expensive denim shorts I bought started falling apart after one wash

Ordering was easy also being in Germany.
Unfortunately the dress did not fit.
So I returned it, which also was no problem.
Even the money came quickly without any trouble.

Polyester garbage disguised as “sustainable”. My experience in store was HORRIFIC. The changing rooms are disgustingly dirty and the items I tried on were used and covered in marks. Someone’s previously tried on items were also strewn about the room, including a pair of shoes.
