I made numerous attempts at making a deposit, as when I had tried the money wasn't showing in my account, stupid I know. 3 of the 5 deposits made it to my gaming account but all 5 left my bank. When asking customer service about this they denied it at first but then when i proved it they said its on its way back to me. Days 7 and still waiting. Avoid at all costs, this is a scam website.

So I've here my experience with this casino.

I've had 3 withdrawals to date since joining (£150/300/500) all paid with no issues or them trying to close my account. Like in other reviews I've seen.

I've seen vert negative reviews for this casino and been using them for a year now and have no issues with them.

I deposited approximately £1000 over the last month and won about £2800.

They continue to have their scam, where you can only withdraw £500. Over a months period they found various ways to refuse my withdrawals, most of the methods i asked to complete my withdrawal they say they dont use.

They asked for an updated bank statement after having this on file previously.

They kept on cancelling the withdrawal claiming that there were various issues.

Then one day... my balance of £2800 vanished. Then my pending withdrawal vanished.

They finally replied to one of my numerous emails asking to reinstate and told me i had broken casino rules. They sent a generic email, not explaining how i had broken the rules. Ive been placing genuine sports bets, they are just a scam site.

Absolute scum. Have stolen my money, and will not replace. Any positive review on here is a lie.

Awful. Withdrew my funds on 29/09 and just got them today. Praise the lord.

This is another update I am on day 37 still not received my withdrawal of 300 .... keep your money to yourself dont be sucked in ...They have now stopped replying to my emails rubbish service...agree with all the others

This site is illegal.. Do not pay out take your details to use for what?? Do not pay out, Do not reply to emails and if you eventually get a reply back the wording is so un professional, it’s not about my winnings I have not received it’s about all my information I had to send them so I am seeking legal advice as they could use my details for anything which are personal, only forwarded them as I thought it was legal…. Be careful people and if been scammed by them seek legal advice about your identity they hold of yours like me!

After 3 consecutive free spin feature wins totalling €0 (zero) and the lowest payout rates I've ever encountered, I have to conclude that this site is a scam. Absolutely shocking customer service. Made a withdrawal 11 days ago, and still waiting for my money to pay out. The website says 2 days. Lies. Avoid like the plague.

I was stupid to think this was a real site and have no idea how there are even good comments about this site they clearly work for the company.I put in over £1000 and working a day I had won nearly £6000 and going by the reviews the winnings are high and we all know this isn’t right but unfortunately got sucked in but doing a little digging around to find out all the games are pirate there all copied and you will never see your winnings or even be able to talk to anyone.Luckily I’ve got all my money back from my bank who are now dealing with it.Please please do not sign up to this scam site there is nothing good about it

This site is a con, support never answer and chance of winning is zero.

Appalling. Tried to get verified so I could withdraw my winnings. Nothing has happened. Yes, it's my own fault for depositing funds. They also take extra money when you deposit and every transaction to them had a different company name on my bank statement. Asked to permanently exclude but heard nothing yet. No wonder not registered on Gamstop. Have noticed them.
