Refused to payout winnings of £3000, iv been hung up on multiple times. Won't give me their complaints procedure, who regulates them or their licencing, no one can speak a thread of English.
Totally defrauded and conned out of 100s of pounds to of won to then be refused payout due to a technicality!!!!!!!!

Awful casino and awful bonus requirements. With a 50 cent bonus win from free spins, I was required to wager 90 dollars. So I start to wager the bonus winnings and made it through 20 cents of it before the message appears stating I failed to wager the bonus. Yet I was playing on a slot allowing 10 cents bets with 30 cents left in my bonus. Then poof! Bonus gone.

Customer service live chat did not appreciate my pointless comment and left the chat immediately. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Try Betty as they have no bonus wagering requirements and frequent wins. :) save your money folks

Don’t waste your time. Had a bonus with a max win from bonus funds $100. Done the wagering so had $100 real money, turned that into about $2000 and was told i needed to make a $35 deposit for verification. They are now saying that from all that money that was sitting in a withdrawable balance and after using the money after wagering im only entitled to $100. I done the wagering so the $100 became real money but they claim that any winnings with that cant be used to win money because its still bonus money. The 35 deposit i made to verify was literally pointless because it could never be used because it stacked on the money that i had won. So im going to receive 100 with 35 to get my deposit back that i couldnt use and 35 fee, makes it a 30 dollar cashout. I would have more in my bank without the 35 verifiation deposit.

I signed up for an account at Lion slots through the website "nodepositkings.com". I redeemed their offer for $100 in chips for creating an account. My playthrough balance was $4,800 some dollars. I had accrued a total of $6,500 in winnings, smashing through my playthrough balance, turning my balance into "able to withdrawal". My "available to withdrawal" balance was clearly on their front page as $6500. When I claimed my winnings an operator contacted me stating that even through I had won that much, only $100 of this money was actually good for withdrawal. Then they informed me that because I had multiple accounts I couldn't withdrawal any of it. I only have access to one account because I forgot the password to the other. Their website is complete B.S. and they will literally find any reason under the sun not to pay you the money you won spending your precious time on their scamming website. Don't waste your time here they only waste your money and fool you. They are about as professional as scammers get. Heed my warning. YOU WILL LOSE AT LION SLOTS EVEN IF YOU WIN.
