Phenomenal Experience - Thanks Liz!

Was sincerely disappointed when I found the exact bag that I was looking for, only to find on the website that they don't ship to Australia!!

I contacted customer service, and in a very short period of time the wonderful Liz went above and beyond to get me a shipping quote, send an invoice for payment and received within 2 weeks! Now that is exceptional service to go above and beyond.

By the way... the bag is AWESOME! Highly recommended company, excellent quality leather, and a shopping experience almost impossible to find these days! Thank you

Beautiful products, excellent customer service.

The bag I ordered for my son is a gorgeous piece he will have for many years. He loves it, it's beautiful and it was shipped quickly. When a clasp unexpectedly broke, the issue was quickly and kindly resolved, and we received a replacement in record time. My experience with Liz at customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this company, the best!!

Superb product & Service

A superb product matched by excellent customer service. Tried to order a bag online but Singapore delivery was not an option. Got an automated email noting that I had browsed but not ordered, and whether there was any issue I faced. On replying, I got in contact with a real person, Liz, who then helped me by creating a manual order, tweaked it further to allow for international payments, followed up with the correct delivery address and generally was prompt and responsive through the process. When I received the bag (earlier than expected!) I was impressed with the quality, styling and finish. Now a delighted customer, where the product and the customer service have both been exemplary. Thank you Liz and thank you The Real Leather Company!

Rigelle to the rescue!

After realizing that I ordered the wrong color backpack I reached out to the support team. Support team member Rigelle responded within 10 minutes, updated my order and informed me of the change. This great customer service enabled me to avoid returning the item for an exchange.

Exceptional quality of the product!

Exceptional quality of the product. The Executive has a place for everything I need to carry, including a large laptop! I know exactly where everything is located in the numerous pockets. Very nice design!

The Western is a Very nice Backpack

The Western is a Very nice Backpack. Delivery was time was great considering the origin and destination. Bought this for my son to use at college. It looks like it will last a lifetime. Large enough for his laptop and any other items he will need during the day.

Excellent Customer Support

I had a problem with a recently purchased product from The Real Leather Company and reached out to their Customer Support Center using the company link. To my surprise, I was contacted that same day. The Representative (Liz) was very prompt and thorough in all the communications and the issue was satisfactorily resolved in a very short period of time. There is no question in my mind The Real Leather Company stands behind their product and after this experience, I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

My order was processed quickly &…

My order was processed quickly & product received 10 days. I was disappointed in the additional charge for shipping 30.00 CDN, since, they claim to not ship to Vancouver BC & it was out of their delivery/shipping area. So, I agreed to the extra charges. So, then 3 weeks after I received my bag, I got a BILL from FEDEX for an additional 18.00 to charge me for duty fees. Now I am in a dispute with FEDEX. I sent a copy of my invoice from the Real Leather Co, ( which I now find out the bag came direct from somewhere in China - not Texas USA) showing that I had already paid the extra. Now I am waiting on FEDEX reply.

Excellent Customer Service, too!

I bought a bag from The Real Leather Company a while back. I really loved the design and convenience. When I had a minor issue with it, the company stood behind their product even though it was no longer under warranty. Liz and the others in Customer Service were kind and receptive. Would I buy another product from The Real Leather Company? I plan on it.
