I'm so sad that Waseela is leaving the clinic. She is truly exceptional at what she does-professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind and friendly. From my very first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in her capable hands.
Every treatment feels so personal and luxurious, and she always goes above and beyond to make the experience special. I've seen amazing results from my microneedling sessions, and I would happily book another six treatments with her if I could. She will be greatly missed!

Dr Yvonne was such a pleasure to deal with. She has such knowledge and gave great advice. Very happy with my results.

Staff were all very professional and friendly. The dr who provided my treatment was amazing and had a good chat with me about my treatment before beginning.

The therapist was welcoming, the treatment was comfortable. In addition she shared the packages on offer and I will be back to book a course for leg,bikini and under arm.

Fabulous place. Been going tor a few years now with excellent results for back and shoulder laser. My last visit prior to the most recent one this month, was almost 2 years ago, reflecting the excellent results. Friendly, efficient and very well priced for the amazing results. Highly recommended!!!!!!

The staff are all so welcoming and helpful, they make it a great experience and answer all your questions. Great service!!

The therapie clinic is very professional. Emma, my consultant was excellent. Explained everything so well and was really caring. When I felt light headed afterwards, her prompt actions and advice made me feel so much better. I would recommend this clinic to anyone else.
The only thing I would say that they could improve on is to maybe have a water cooler in the waiting area for clients.

1 Star – Extremely disappointing customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with Thérapie Clinic Clapham South.

I had two appointments booked from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm. On my way to the clinic, I had an unexpected flat tyre. Rather than giving up, I drove to Kwik Fit, left my car there, and took a bus to the clinic so I could still attend. I also called the clinic in advance to explain the situation and let them know I was on my way.

I arrived at approximately 2:45 pm, but despite explaining the circumstances and making every effort to get there, I was refused treatment and informed that my prepaid session would be lost.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of empathy or discretion. Emergencies happen, and I had done everything reasonably possible to keep my appointment. During a previous laser appointment, my treatment took around 10 minutes, so I struggle to understand why no attempt was made to accommodate me.

As a paying customer, I expected understanding and a willingness to help, not a rigid refusal without any consideration of the circumstances. Good customer service is about more than simply enforcing policies—it’s about treating people fairly.

I have asked the clinic to explain which policy justified refusing my treatment despite notifying them in advance and arriving at the clinic, and I hope they will review the matter.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Thérapie Clinic Clapham South. If something goes wrong, don’t expect flexibility or compassion.

I attended Therapie Clinic recently for a follow-up regarding my lip filler, as I had a small concern about asymmetry. My usual injector is currently on leave for a few weeks, so I booked in earlier for reassurance. This was suggested to me by reception. I did not request a specific practitioner, in fact asked to see if the one in question would be willing to see me due to them previously telling me they would not work on another practitioners work ,which is fine, and the appointment was arranged by reception as the absence of other practioner is quite long.
I would like to say that the reception staff were lovely and helpful, which I appreciated. Practioner who does my lip filler is also lovely.
Unfortunately, the experience with the practitioner today was disappointing. I felt my concern wasn’t properly addressed, and instead of being reassured, I was made to feel uncomfortable by comments suggesting I “can’t keep doing this”, despite the fact I have only had filler once, with a small top-up, and this visit was purely for reassurance rather than requesting further treatment.
My initial experience with the clinic was positive, but this visit felt very different in tone and approach. Almost like the practioner is fed up of me and condescending. I would have appreciated a more understanding and professional response, especially given I wasn’t asking for additional procedures, just clarity.
I also felt there was some resistance when discussing treatment options (e.g. Botox vs Azzalure), which came across as slightly dismissive.
Unfortunately due to this I will be looking for alternatives clinics.

I’ve been going to Thérapie for a few years now, however I this time I’ve been left with burns on my arms and legs. This session with Uzma was really painful with no breaks in between each area.

My arms were incredibly painful throughout the session, and I felt an intense burning sensation that I have never experienced with any previous therapist.

She wasn’t careful and thorough with my areas either. I now have over 30 burns and some have scabs. It hurts to even touch or bend my arms. I haven’t been provided with compensation either.

Used to be a great service gone downhill over the years. Refuse to acknowledge wrongdoing and pretend they’ve tried calling you to resolve the issue when they’ve made no attempt to do so. Use this to shut the case down claiming you’ve not engaged when they’ve made no attempt to speak to you. Absolutely shocking, turned away for treatment for a completely unjustified reason, they make up lies that don’t even exist in their policy!

THÉRAPIE CLINIC BURNED MY GIRLFRIEND - 1ST AND 2ND DEGREE BURNS BE WARNED!
Very disappointed & concerned with Thérapie Clinic, especially the management & operations department (Alexandra Vass & Michelle Marsh). It does make one question their regulatory compliance, and whether they are any different to a dodgy back alley clinic, just with better marketing team, as they have handled this severe laser burn my partner received from this clinic appallingly. The assistant managemer (Millie) was also very pretentious, condescending, & manipulative in the way she spoke to my partner, and she had a discriminative tone that was easily recognisable when she was speaking to my disabled partner vs me (able bodied).
My partner came in for a laser treatment top up. When we arrived we were told that the time had been moved (no notification prior), and that we were getting a different therapist to the one we had initially booked. During the appointment she kept on expressing that she was in a huge amount of pain (I could hear from the waiting room), but the therapist (Neelam) continued the treatment. Please bare in mind that she was screaming through the cotton covering to protect her teeth from the laser. After, we left and within approximately 30mins she started having a horrible pain in her face with a grey burn appearing on both sides of her lips/mouth and other smaller areas of her face. This progressively got more black/purple and charred. It then blistered and popped, & left an obvious pink flesh patch remaining, then a laser burn hypopigmentated scar on her face formed. We confirmed with our doctors that it was 1st and 2nd degree burns.
Thérapie Clinic offered a 'review appointment ' where we were "prescribed" a cream that was supposed to help (not seen by a doctor/prescribed by a doctor), it was prescribed by a manager (Gracie Smith) that is not licensed to issue prescriptions (the meeting was recorded). This was a red flag, so we went to our own doctors, who confirmed that this was the wrong course of treatment and would cause an infection for second degree burns & cracking burns. Therapie Clinic labeled it as "hyperpigmentation concern" on her notes, when it was a BURN, and she had eventually lost pigment in that area which confirms a burn. They tried to mention things like not wearing makeup, but my partner cannot wear makeup due to allergens in it, which her original Therapist is aware of but they refused to speak to that Therapist during the whole situation, when we question management. During the review appointment we were given assurances that we could get a refund, & that they would arrange compensation. Following this, we received an email detailing "notes" from the review appointment, which were not accurate (doctored) to the true events and it appeared that the manager (Gracie Smith) was conveniently erasing the truth to keep herself and the company from disrepute. Despite, the fact that the meeting was recorded. Gracie Smith also claimed she was at the clinic on the day of the event but she was not in the building and Millie never asked about my partner's treatment.
We repeatedly got fobbed off the higher we went, and others refused to respond, even the regional staff (operations management). They would also make an offer or give us information that was incorrect at every level and the information constantly changed. The manager (Gracie Smith) told us that she would no longer be able to help and that we had been referred to the "legal team". No legal team called us at all, only a compliance manager, who offered unserious compensation, not aligned with the average compensation for any level of visible facial burns or disfigurement. The compliance manager (Lisa McDowell) confirmed that they still use the same machine on other clients, the same therapist is still practicing, they could not see my notes on the system, and no investigation has been conducted. Therefore, we are aware that my partner's notes are not adequately updated and the settings on the machine and pulses used were not recorded (no photo evidence).

I had a very reassuring and comfortable experience with Therapist India for full body laser. She really is great at her job - incredible attention to detail followed by great advice. She made the process as relaxed as possible and was very knowledgable in her position. A genuinely lovely girl, Thank You!!

I went to st albans clinic today with my daughter, I spoke to a receptionist who gave my daughter a treatment plan and explained that its 70% off today only .
We went then to make the payment but realised that the appointments will not be starting today, the lady said that she is not a skin specialist.
I was thinking if she is not a skin specialist why did she gave the treatment plan to my daughter.
Anyways when we went home my daughter wasn’t happy as the treatment will be done so far a part and that she might be moving to uni soon.
So I called the clinic to cancel payment but was shocked to hear its a non refundable payment, no one has explained this to us and its not showing on the web.
I would like to have an explanation and a refund please especially that we did nothing yet except false plans.
I called receptionist and she said she will contact the manager but didn’t hear anything back
