The product arrived quickly. It's easy to install. We are waiting a few weeks to make a determination if it is working on the particular problem with one of our cats. Though we are seeing a difference in their early morning behavior.

Definitely calmed my two cockers down!

I have three male cats which are still currently intact. Two are brothers and one is a brother from another mother. Before getting therapet, they fought a lot and peed in all areas of the house. Since getting therapat my boys are much calmer they're not peeing where they're not supposed to! It has been a huge game changer! I recommend this to anybody who has cats that don't always get along.

Our cat Luna was intermittently urinating just outside her litter box, on the tile floor. It didn't seem to matter how clean or dirty the litter box appeared (and it's an automated box). Rugs and mats near the litter box are even more inviting, so we had done away with those. The Therapet diffusers have made a difference! She had one accident during the 2nd week of adding the diffusers (too soon), then again when I didn't notice they had gone empty. That's it! About 3 months in, and ordering more! I have not yet tried replacing the rugs/mats....baby steps. Also, this cat has been a mama's girl; but my husband has noticed that she is much more loving towards him now as well! Another bonus. :)
Using the Therapet subscription online appears easy to use, and can change shipment dates anytime, or cancel if wanted. And they give you a few days' notice before a shipment is sent. I didn't subscribe with my first shipment, but I have now!

Easy to navigate & find the products I need

We’ve been using the leading brand for some years now and recently it just seemed to stop working. I found this and read in reviews that many others were in the same situation as me so I thought, why not, I’ll give it a try. So glad I did! 3 months in now and won’t go back to the previous brand. After just a few days my little boy’s anxiety started to shift. He hid less, came for his bedtime snuggles again, grooms his sister now instead of hissing at her and is generally back to being my beautiful baby. I can’t thank this brand and their formula enough!

I have been using these diffusers for a while now and they definitely calmed my cat down but after rescuing another cat I can only say thank goodness for them. I’m sure if I didn’t have them my cat and the rescue cat would be fighting badly all the time. TherapetMD is making such a difference and they are so calm. They are not just tolerating each other, they are getting closer I have one in my living room and one in my bedroom I have ordered more to put in another room. I have only had one order, but my dog has only had 1 accident in last month, instead of every day, am trying other things, but really happy so far, so have ordered more. Response to a question, was prompt,and helpful, so very happy with product.

Such a great product ! I have 2 male dogs, father and son who had a bad habit of peeing on the dining room floor. And also the living room floor. They both had anxiety issues and hated when I left the house. Once I purchased this, and the aroma was in the room , they started to act different. They seem more content and have stopped most of their barking and all of the chewing, especially their paws. The peeing is now done outside!

Was doubtful when I ordered, but could not believe the results. No more spraying, no more fights totally change in the house!! So thrilled. Told my sister about them she also bought several and told friends what a great find this is!!!

I am mostly satisfied but he does poop in the house if it rains ve cause he hates wet and won't leave the deck if he feels the wet grass.

This crap doesn't work. I have been trying to talk with someone and you can't reach anybody. The number on my cc isn't even a working number the recording says. Plus I emailed and sent numerous text with no prevail. This company is very shady. I also don't want any more shipments because they added me to auto ship for cheaper price. Im soon going to contact my cc and put a dispute in. They never respond

My cat has been diagnosed with dementia and is very unsettled. Therapet in one room has made an enormous difference :-) I am now ordering another diffuser set for a different area.

I have tried a number of products to get one of my cats to stop being a bully. TherapetMD.com's cat calming kit has been the ONLY one that has worked. My big tom cat has stopped being a bully to the older female cat to the point that he will wait until she walks way from the food dish before he takes his turn, same thing happens with the water faucet in the bathroom. This has been an absolute miracle! I started using therapet's cat calming kit at toward the end of February 2026.

I received the product an my cat continued to spray, even sprayed on the duck diffuser itself. The money back guarantee is not true. They mailed me more refills, they I didn’t order. I have sent several emails asking for instructions on how to return the product. It’s been a couple weeks of back and for responses without giving instructions. They offered a partial refund, which i don’t want. Then asked for a picture of the product I’m returning…it’s been four days and no response.
Follow up…after the long delay tactics on 4/23 I was finally refunded my money for the unwanted refills.

I have 4 male cats and I was having an issue with some of them urinating on my bed and belongings. Occasionally they would act up with one another. I purchased two diffusers with four refills and subscribed for additional refills. Everything works great and did so from the moment the diffusers were plugged in. My only problem is the diffusers stop working after three months or so and you can not purchase replacement diffusers only. I have so many refills from the subscription it is crazy. Please sell replacement diffusers without liquid refills!!

Cats have never engaged in physical combat until I commenced using the therapy diffuser. I have utilized other diffusers with satisfactory results. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with this product, which I believe constitutes a fraudulent scheme. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The customer service provided is notably sluggish and subpar. Obtaining a refund, even when adhering to their policy, proves to be an arduous task. This company exhibits a lack of professionalism and ethical conduct, prioritizing profit over the well-being of its customers. I strongly caution potential buyers to exercise caution and avoid this product.

Top quality, excellent customer service. Have/had cats with toileting issues which seem to be resolved. I’ve now ordered the dog diffuser for too much barking (it’s stress related)
