Therapet gives immediate results. I have four cats. Two adult males and two females under 1 year. One of the males was constantly trying the dominate the smaller female. Within 24 hours of plugging in the diffuser, the dynamic calmed completely. The male is much more calm and affectionate and the small female is more confident and less flighty. Had tried a generic without these results. I'm now a believer.

I purchased TherapetMD with high hopes that it would work, but not fully confident. I am beyond pleased with the impact this has had on my dogs! Immediately they have been more calm and peaceful, but still playful. My dog used to go wild when other dogs or wild animals walked by the house. I just watched him lay on the couch and look out the window as a bunch of turkeys walked through our yard. I'm sold on the efficacy of TherapetMD!

The TheraPet product speaks for itself. My Boston Terrier hasn't had many accidents since using the diffuser. And she's much calmer. It's nice to order a product and know it will do as it proposes.

These plug ins really do work and they last longer than the other popular branded versions. These plug ins also work as they have more than one pheromone.
My 3 girls are such happy cats since I started using Therapet and I have now signed up for their prescription so I know I will never run out again.

We have 8 rescue cats. Some have been peeing in inappropriate places due to being bullied; some have been aggressive. Since using the Therapet diffusers, the cats have started to settle down. I’m hoping with continued use, the cats will become less stressed.

I thought when I saw this video that there was no way this product would work like they said it would, well I was wrong because it has totally changed my cats. I have an older cat that didn’t want to tolerate the two younger cats, I have a two year old that would hide upstairs all day, and I have a one year old orange boy that wanted to bully the girls. Now there is no fighting and my boy is no longer being a bully and best of all the cat that used to hide comes downstairs and socializes every day now! I just recommended this to a coworker whose daughter is pet sitting for her neighbor while their son is getting medical help and their cats are stressed out due to being left alone. I just know that this is going to work wonders for those poor cats as well.

This diffuser has stopped my cat peeing in the house.

I did research on the top rated cat pheromone diffusers. Therapet consistently came up high on the list and first choice on some lists. I’ve used them for a couple of months. It seems a little calmer in my home. I have three cats and one of them likes to stalk and jump on the other two. I have used Feliway diffusers for a while before Therapet. While the behaviors are not fixed or completely gone, I will say that Therapet seems to be a little more effective so far.

I ordered this item because of my 3 cats. One is pooping and peeing outside the litter box (even in our bed), 13 yr old is hissing at every one, now fighting 9 mo old kitten. I hoped it will help my cats to settle down. Unfortunately it didn't. Company kept promise and refunded money. I hope that it helps other pets, but it didn't help mine.

Diffusers helped my cat seem calmer, less aggression toward the other cat. And is helping with the litter box issues, not totally solved, but not daily as before. So far so good.

I tried a lot of things but nothing really worked. One of my dogs peed all around the house, especially when I wasn’t home. But this stuff is the real deal. At first he would still pee now and then but maybe 10% of what he used to before. Now he never does it in the house anymore, I don’t even put wee mats in any rooms anymore. What a relief!

We have four rescues and visiting dogs and there has been a definite calming effect.
Little accidents have been reduced with the rescue dogs also which pleasing. Early days yet but I started with four refills and ordered another 6 as I do think they are making a difference.

I had issues with one of the diffusers that was damaged in shipping. Customer service was excellent. They quickly replaced the damaged diffuser. As far as the product goes, I have to say it seems to work well. I was sceptical. However the other day I realized when we watch my daughter’s dogs while she’s away, her one boy, who is a rescue and has had 3 owners, doesn’t have a lot of accidents. His last visit he made it the entire 3 days with no accident, and no marking contests between him and our male. So nice! I’m sold!

Great product and great service with my subscription. Quick and prompt response! This worked very well for my dogs!

My cat, who hates my little dog, would piss everywhere she layed. Since using therapet, she has completely stopped that unwanted behavior.

I have been attempting to return their product "Therapet Dog Calming Refills Set".
I have now sent them 3 emails requesting information on returning this product, and cancelling any subscriptions that I may have, to date I have not heard back from them. This does tend to lead me to suspect that they are, to say the least suspicious.

Have been trying for a week to contact them. No one replies to emails. No one answers phone.

We got a six year old dog who was wetting the dog beds in the lounge room. A day after the diffuser came we have had no more weeing at all in the house.

Revised..After posting the review, I received an email back from Therapet stating they would issue a full refund within 2-3 days.

Do not do business with this company! I made a purchase in January and made sure I did not purchase a subscription. I received another shipment in March. I contacted the company to let them know I received a shipment that I didn’t order or need. They acknowledged that I did not have a subscription or place a new order. They said I could send it back or they’d give me a discount to keep it. I told them I didn’t need it and asked for a return label. They said their company policy doesn’t cover return shipment. I reminded them that I didn’t place the order and didn’t see how they can randomly send out orders and expect people to pay for shipping back. They said it’s their policy, they know it’s frustrating so they’d give me a discount to keep it or I can pay to ship it back for a refund. This is crap! They can keep sending items out and I have to pay to send it back. So frustrating, what a scam! Save yourself some headache’s and money, do not patronize this company!
