Loved 2/3 jumpers that I ordered but one just didn’t sit right so I sent it back. It’s been over a month now and I’ve not heard anything regarding my return despite email of multiple times. It’s not a lot of money but it isn’t the point. I wish I’d checked here first before ordering from them!!

Absolute disgrace of a company. Returned an item over three months ago and no refund. No response to emails at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Lol I don’t know what happened to them but they’re garbage now. I used to order from them back in 2020, but as time has passed, they’ve become unprofessional (never knowing what’s in inventory) and do not update you on ANYTHING. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on July 17 and never got an update. Thankfully I remembered to email them and they didn’t respond till a week later (August 11th). Got a refund and tried to order again (I have a gift card) and still nothing. No package updates. Not even an explanation. Just the same AI response of “we’re a small business give us some time.”
Update: I had to constantly harass their instagram, to which they responded by giving me incorrect contact information and then sending their goons in the comments to gaslight me. They updated me on my jeans THE DAY BEFORE they arrived. Never again.

Seriously, don't order from this company. Zero communication, says order shipped when it was not even sent off. Had to dispute the charge with my bank almost a month later, and Ragged replied to an email after two weeks. They said the order will arrive soon, however, I waited another month and still nothing. Disputed with my bank and got the money back, and the order still hadn't arrived which means it was never even sent off. Don't buy from here.

I ordered some clothes from the ragged priest on the 6th of June. I had ordered from them before, and although there had been a few hiccups a couple of times, nothing as this last time around. Two months later, I have not received my box nor a refund, and when I reach out, I either get ignored or told “your box is on the way”. However, they are always unable to provide secure information on where my order is exactly and when I ask for them, I hear nothing in return. It has been a really stressful process and I believe that it would be best not to have ordered from them, as I fear I won’t receive neither the order nor the money back.

The same as everybody else that got scamed by this store.
Never got my order or refund.
I hope Paypal will help me.

Took a while for it to be sorted but I got a refund in the end. I contacted them on both instagram and by email and they were able to sort out a refund for a jacket I returned to them. They explained that they are having a few issues at the moment with their emailing system but are working through enquiries.

Change of management company. Currently a month since I placed an order and hasn't been shipped, but won't cancel order and refund because that's not their responsibility, it's the responsibility of the previous management company. But they were happy to cancel my order with no refund. Currently on my 4th email to them with generic unhelpful replies.

If I could give negative stars I would.
I also wish I read these reviews first so I could have avoided getting scammed by this company.
My experience is similar to most of these reviews.
I purchased a jacket in November last year and still don't have it. After the initial confirmation email of purchase and the email of the tracking number, there was no further emails of communication regarding delivery.
When I used the tracking number to chase up the order with Fedex, the tracking number didn't exist.
I have sent numerous emails to the company trying to chase up my order and request a refund as it has been 8 months since I ordered the jacket but no response and emails go ignored. Fedex cant give me any information due to the tracking number provided by ragged priest not being a real tracking number.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I am convinced this store is a scam.
I have never had such a negative experience with buying online and at this point just have to accept that i have lost money.

Ordered a pair of shorts from The Ragged Priest in March. I received a second confirmation email (with no tracking!) on 17th June. Shorts never arrived. I attempted to contact customer services twice with no response. Wasn’t able to dispute the transaction with my bank as by that point it was over 90 days since I was expecting the shorts to arrive.

Recommend going straight to a dispute/chargeback with this shop if you don’t hear anything about your order within a week or two.

I placed an order on the 16th June and have still not received my package - they are a total SCAM. I have sent multiple email and IG messages and they replied once giving some spiel about DHL returning a whole stack of orders and then them having to re-send the orders through DPD but it's all LIES! Have never encountered such poor customer service - it's NON-EXISTENT! I have paid in good faith - and they have just ghosted me!

I never received my order from MAY 12TH, and it was sent back to you. No responses from you to my emails or DMs on Instagram, or my comments on Instagram. You are running a total scam. Give me my money back, or send me my m package. Shame on you for continuing to try and sell clothing when you cannot even fulfill orders. I will report you guys to the better business bureau since you are completely robbing people. I spent over $100 2 months ago and HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! You need to acknowledge this

I sent a return that was tracked with Royal Mail at the end of May and my refund has not been processed. This is despite contacting them multiple times via email, attempting to call them on two numbers I found online and attempting to contact them through Instagram. Most disappointingly, I raised a complaint through Resolver and was sent an auto-reply which was of no relevance to my complaint whatsoever (reply mentioned problems with DHL and a delayed order... my complaint was about a return sent through Royal Mail tracked). I will be claiming the money back via my bank and reporting them to Trading Standards.

I returned a skirt because it didn’t suit me, I paid for postage myself and logged the return on the ragged priest website and then never heard from them again. They haven’t replied to a single email for months. I finally managed to get my refund by opening a PayPal dispute. I don’t recommend shopping from Ragged Priest at all, non existent customer service

I bought jeans. They didn't fit. I returned them. Royal Mail proof of delivery. Multiple emails asking where my refund is and STILL nothing. Disgusted they have kept over £50 and answer nothing. Wish I'd looked here before ordering 😪

I don’t know how a brand that’s been around this long has such faulty online services, theres literally no excuse. I bought a present for a friend but had shipped it to an old address. I didn’t think this would be an issue as I was going to cancel the order only to find out it’s impossible. Customer service never replied, and when I emailed another customer service email, I got what I believe was a AI response or a pre written message as it didn’t actually answer any of my questions, instead reaffirming they were sending it (over a month over purchasing it). I’m lucky to have got my parcel as my mum was able to pick it up from her old work but I can tell theres no effort to sort out these major issues. I saw the reviews too late. They’re currently releasing a new collection which is mind boggling to me if they can’t even ship it to you…

UPDATE: I got my money back through a PayPal claim as TRP also did not respond to the claim. So if you paid using PayPal and are also waiting for a refund, that's the way to go!

I placed an order in April, received the items I ordered fine. Happy with the jeans. I sent one item back which I can see was delivered, however I have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted customer service several times via email, zero response. Luckily I paid using PayPal so I created a dispute. Again, no response... I have now escalated the dispute to a claim in the hopes to get my money back. Absolutely appalling service.

I ordered an item on May 15th. it's currently June 23rd and I didn't even receive any tracking notice until I reached out to them after a month of waiting. when they finally sent me a tracking number it shows the package never made it out of the UK and was returned to sender. I've asked for a refund and heard nothing back.
