I bought my property in september. I was very happy with the property explorer. Very good communication. Very smooth process. 100% recommended.

Would highly recommend Ollie and team for anyone looking to sell or buy property in the Basingstoke area. Special mention to Danny and Kevin who supported us with our move, always available when we needed advice and quick to follow up to ensure things moved forward.
We also chose our solicitors through their recommendation and Hayley at Rowberry Morris was an absolute star throughout the whole process.
Overall a smooth move from start to finish which only took around 10 weeks!

Property Explorer have been excellent, taking professional photos of the house, marketing, responding immediately to any calls/e mails. They are proactive rather than reactive, eg when our buyer dropped out they immediately adjusted sale price to generate more interest. Danny Low, Kevin Cheeseman, Rachel Garraway have all been courteous, professional and we felt like we were part of a large family taking care of every step. I highly recommend Property Explorer

Cannot rate the team at property explorer highly enough. Both the rental and purchase team were outstanding from start to finish. And our purchase was fought for tooth and nail by Kev who we cannot thank enough. Our purchase was a difficult one with many hurdles, but Kev
