Hugh, Dr. Harris & all the team members of the New Malden Practice, are always SO kind, helpful, friendly, quick & thorough.

They are very responsive, deal with all queries & requests extremely quickly, making the patient experience truly outstanding & by far the best I've ever come across.

Completely hassle free medical care & treatment, with none of the usual complications, communication problems, or long waiting times associated with NHS services.

Given the extent of my health condition & symptoms, the reliability of this service really helps to remove the stress, burden & barriers to care, which makes SUCH a big difference to my day to day life.

The pricing & cost of their extensive range of services on offer, is very good value for money too.

I always make The Private GP Group my first port of call when enquiring about the availability of medical assistance when not available under the NHS. I have found it works very well and am extremely grateful to The Partnership for providing this opportunity. I have sought help several times from The Partnership and they have always come up "trumps!" right through from Reception to the doctors to the Accounts.

I will highly recommend the Grove Medical New Malden. Friendly professional staff, especially our GP Dr.Harris, affordable membership with some benefits, variety of specialists.

Everytime i have written to them for the appointments or queries they have responded promptly and effectively. I have not had the medical yet.

Hugh has been super helpful in getting an appointment booked for me for my Qantas UK Cabin Crew medical! It was super quick and easy and very affordable!

I had some questions about the workings of the private practice which were answered immediately and thoroughly by the person in reception. Friendly and helpful.

£40 buys good, prompt primary health care. The telephone administrative support is outstanding (thank you Hugh and the team), email a little patchy.

The service was incredibly friendly, prompt and efficient. I honestly could not say one bad word, these guys, and Hugh especially were fantastic!

I was able to book an appointment at my nearest doctor with less than an hour's notice. Payment for the appointment was straightforward and secure via email link using Stripe. I was also able to get some medication on the day without having to go to the pharmacy. Saw Dr Amina in Horsley who was lovely and empathetic.

great team, doctor, fast and efficient

Very annoyed. Went for a chicken pox vaccination for our 3 year old last Friday. The injection broke when the doctor opened it and so couldn’t be administered. The doctor was very flippant about it & said she’d try and get another one in. Heard nothing, I’ve been chasing & still waiting to hear back. I’ve explained the urgency due to an outbreak at nursery since we made the appointment but still waiting. I was told they’d get back to me and noting. Very frustrated.

I requested a CT scan result from St George's Hospital via The Private Group because of a cancer scare and an extremely long wait via the NHS. They obtained it and sent it through very quickly and put my mind at rest - for some reason ii was nearly two weeks more before I heard back from the NHS about the same report which would have caused drastically increased stress.
