Didn’t receive my order. Tried to contact them many times and they never responded. Don’t recommend at all

Ordered 4 air fresheners as gifts but they arrived 2 per box and not in individual packaging. I’ve emailed customer service twice and received no response. Really disappointing experience, especially as these were meant to be gifts.

The perfumed car scent exploded in my car after 1 day, covering the interior of my new car in glass and the strong smell.
When I contacted them to advise, I’ve received no response or acknowledgement of my issue, just relentless requests to review my experience. Well here you go. Smells good, which is the only redeeming factor now my car reeks of the smell that covered my dashboard and seats

I have returned my order, but there seems to be a mistake in the Hermes tracking system stating that the package was delivered to me. This is not correct. The parcel is currently on its way back to the sender.

I bought two Car air freshener fragrances and have them in my car for two weeks. Did everything I was supposed to with them and couldn’t smell them at all.
I’ve reached out to customer service three times now and it’s been over 3 weeks and no reply.
Really disappointed one of the fragrances was a gift and haven’t been able to give it. It’s just sat in the box.

Bought 3*100ml bundle offer. The ladies Ibiza 2 bottles (poison) was lovely . It smelt 80/90% the same as the original scent and longevity was excellent maybe as long as 10/12 hours. My Mrs was well impressed. She gave it 5 out of 5. However the Munich (Boss Intense) was a different story. Once applied it kind of smelt ok for 10/15 minutes then it all went down hill from there as it turned into something like WD40. After an hour you couldn’t smell anything which I guess was a good thing. Tried it for 2/3 days same result it’s proper nasty. Wanted to return it but couldn’t be asked so put it to the side might just give it to my neighbour as its his birthday next week Lol

It’s taken me a while to sit down and write this. I bought three of their excellent scents about three weeks ago. This is the third time I have purchased the premium fragrance company and they are now my go to company for perfume.

As to the quality I can say that this is VERY close to what I was paying for before from other brands and was (pardon the pun) paying through the nose for.

Excellent products excellent value. I recommend them to everyone, if you’re reading this and thinking about giving them a try don t hesitate. It’s a win.
